Very clean. In the last day we checked out and just left our baggage there. It started raining and we came back completely wet 3 hours before our departure to the airport. They gave us the room back, even though it was already cleaned to shower and dry and rest before our departure time, free of charge. A very nice experience

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PAY CASH UPON ARRIVAL. Although I was told the payment of my reservation would be charged to my card, that didn’t happen and they made me withdraw cash, which resulted in me having to pay extra fees because of currency exchange. The water doesn’t drain properly in the shower

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Riad la Famille. I conducted work on the rooftop terrace, and the internet functioned seamlessly. The sounds of children playing around the property added to the pleasant atmosphere. Nadia proved to be exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast, served whenever I went to the rooftop to work, included coffee with milk, Moroccan tea, fresh messemmen (pancake), olives, honey, butter, marmalade, and bread—an utterly delightful experience. The room and shower were impeccably clean, stocked with towels, shampoo, and soap. The bed was notably comfortable. If you prefer an early bedtime, please be aware that you're staying with a lively family, and sounds may persist until midnight. Nevertheless, this was not a cause for complaint. I extend my gratitude to Fatima, who consistently ensured my room was clean, organized, and served my breakfast daily. I highly recommend Riad la Famille and certainly plan to return. The family expressed genuine sadness upon my departure.

We were going through a rough patch with another property we had booked and got conned with on a different site, when we happened across Riad La Famille. Initially we booked as the price was reasonable for temporary accommodation, but the service was impeccable. I couldn't think of a more suitable name than Riad La Famille as they well and truly treated us like family. Will definitely stay there in the future should we return to Marrakesh and recommend them without a second thought to friends and family.

We liked everything but maybe it would be a good idea to provide shower gel and not just sachets of shampoo.

The location is quite north in the medina, around 25 min walk to Jemaa el Fna. They’re aren’t many tourists around which makes for an authentic stay. It was lovely to hear the children playing in the streets outside. Always felt safe though walking back at night. The Riad is run by a lovely lady called Nadia. She is a ray of sunshine and always ready to help. She will arrange anything that you need. The girls that help her are also lovely and the Riad is spotless. Breakfast is coffee with milk, olives, butter, jam, bread, Moroccan pancakes and a kind of roti. Meals can be arranged in advance with Nadia and can be eaten on the terrasse too.

The Riad is placed in a good area to walking for the important places to visit. The rooms are all different but all decorated in a Moroccan style. The staff is nice and helpful give us all the information we need it. A simple Moroccan breakfast is included.

Localisation. To get from there to the centre is quite far... We didn't feel 100% comfortable walking there. In the terrace room, WiFi almost didn't work.

The house is really beautiful and very oriental. The girl, with whom we made check-in, is soooo lovely and very helpful. The room was tiny bit enough for two. It was extremely clean around. The beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful Riad and very friendly hosts. Check in was easy. The house and the room has a great authentic design. It was clean, quite and spacious. Good breakfast and a nice rooftop terrace. Old town is in short walking distance. Had a great stay.

A lot of street noise, the window didn’t close well so that doesn’t help. It was quiet cold as well but with the blankets it’s okay. The personnel is trying its best but I wish the communication was better and we couldn’t get a lot of answers / help so I had to look for everything myself. A bit disappointing. Location on maps me has to be a bit more precise, so you don’t get lost at 9pm in the evening with some kids “harassing” you while you look for it.

Don’t except a lot for the price. The breakfast is nice, served on the terrasse. What I truly loved is the bathroom in the room, hot water, clean hotel .
