Impossible to find any flaws

Enough superlatives would not describe our stay here. The quality was excellent all throughout (homemade yogurt to the variety of freshly baked pastries; super quiet and woken up in the morning by a few cute chirping sounds of small birds; the excellency of the management and all members of staff).

We stayed here with a 5 month old baby and the staff were more than accommodating. Really good location, service, attention to detail, good sized bedroom (ivory) and outstanding Riad. A nice roof terrace with pool. Highly recommended

I loved my stay! I was travelling alone and felt so welcome. All the staff were amazingly kind, would go out of their way to help and be accommodating. The rooms are great, the food was delicious, I honestly can’t find a single fault which is rare for me 👀. Best place ever! I’d go back to Morocco just to stay there again! Thanks everyone

After travelling for hours the staff, and particularly Valeria, were exceptional at welcoming and orientating us on what to expect in Marrakech. The rooms were spacious, clean and the authentic décor was stunning. The food was great and met the needs of the family. Staying here far exceeded our expectations!

The staff members were very friendly, helpful and professional. The atmosphere was really nice and cosy. The location was quite convenient - central in Medina but yet in the Riad it was quite quiet.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially as our visit coincided with the dreadful Moroccan Earthquake of September 2023. Valarie and Issam were on hand day and night respectively to offer every reassurance and assistance. They and all the staff excelled in every way possible. Every request was promptly and pleasantly dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending Riad Clos des Arts.

Absolutely nothing!

Staff were amazing! Food fantastic! Riad beautiful & in central location! 6* - I can not recommend this Riad highly enough! It is a BEAUTIFUL oasis! The staff attentive, always smiling & positive, despite experiencing the worst earthquake for 120 years. Due to its renovation in 2013, the Italian owners made sure the Riad was built to a high standard - it paid off. On Friday, a strong earthquake measuring 6.8 hit 70km away, its effects were felt in Marrakech, this beautiful building suffered no damage, whereas buildings around it did. Valeria went above and beyond for us. As soon as we arrived, she gave us an orientation talk, pointing out the areas to see, as well as the areas to avoid. Valeria organised excursions & booked restaurants - I can not thank her enough for all she did. Huge shout out to Omar (who was cool headed during during the earthquake, despite him never experiencing one before). Thanks too, to Abdel & Mohammed - attentive and cheery throughout our stay. Food was excellent & served on a beautiful rooftop terrace (with a cold plunge pool - a must during the hot weather). I would definitely stay here again! NB. No alcohol is served, but they are happy for you to bring your own & will chill any bottles of wine or beer for you. Read less Tip: Bring your own alcohol, or take a trip to Carrefour in the New Town

The Riad was beautifully set out, with a lovely bedroom but also lovely areas to relax both downstairs and on the rooftop area. Being able to have a dip in the pool on a hot afternoon was great! The team there were lovely and welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout - Valeria did an excellent job with sharing information of all the things to do and see on our first afternoon. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

it was great...no issues.

Beautiful Riad centrally located in the heart of the old medina. Staff was amazing -so nice and helpful . Only issue is that one time the ineternet went out when trying to reach them on whatsapp. Other than that it was perfect in every way! rooms and Riad are gorgeous, beds are comfy, and Valeria, Sam and the staff are really wonderful!

The only thing we did not appreciate was the bed and pillows.

The riad is just soooo beautiful! We have loved it since the very first moment. Decently decorated, charming, the room was specious and gorgeous. Specious and cosy terrace on the roof with small pool. Staff very attending, owners made everything to make us feel welcome.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Massimo and Giorgina's riad, and we can't help but share our amazing experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of our stay was truly remarkable. The riad itself is a hidden gem. It's beauty and charm exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the design and decor created a captivating ambiance that immediately made us feel at home. We were truly captivated by the riad's unique character. The warmth and hospitality extended by the staff were exceptional. They greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their friendliness and attentiveness added an extra touch of magic to our stay. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a memorable experience.

The riad is perfectly located - in the heart of everything in 5 mins yet so wonderfully peaceful. The architecture is phenomenal, the staff are wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

Every time i read guests reviews with no areas of improvement, I categorized them as "biased", but honestly this time, I really don't know what to say beside try to book in advance if you wanna stay there cause the riad is bigger than it looks in the picture but you might not find availability .it's top notch

By booking my stay at the Riad le Clos des Arts,I signed up for an amazing experience in Marrakech. Everything was perfect, from the transfer from/to the airport, to the welcome of the hosts with tea and tons of information regarding the city. I felt like I was hosted by friends in a magnificent riad. I highly recommend the dinner on the terrace. Big shout out to the whole staff that took care of all the details of my stay
