We loved everything about this beautiful riad, the decor was amazingly beautiful, it was so delicate and ornate. The riad was spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and traditional and plentiful. Mohammad was a gentleman, he organised transport to and from the airport and escorted us to the taxi at 2am. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and smiley. We loved the rooftop garden and the stunningly pretty courtyard and fountains. Location to the souks, the Koutoubia and the medina was brilliant, so close. I would stay here again!

The Riad's proximity to everything is remarkable, yet it remains secluded from the noise. The staff consistently provided helpful assistance. They diligently clean each day, delivering exceptional results. Additionally, they assisted with printing plane tickets.

We loved everything about the place which is accurately advertised in booking.com. Lovely sunny oasis at the top. Peaceful and relaxing away from the hussle and bussle outside. So we'll attended by Mohamed who gave us so much good advice on what to do and where to eat. A gem and excellent value!

Would have loved a slightly more comfortable bed and a desk in the room for work. But not a sure thing to get a desk in hotel any more, and we should have checked. Really great stay and fabulous value for money.

Wonderfully clean hotel. Beautiful riad in middle of medina. Close to main attractions. Once on main road going right towards city gates are lots of food stalls. Going left you can head to souks. The medressa was a highlight for us (must pay cash). Banks are close by to withdraw cash (they seem to allow a max of 2000 dirhams per day) but don't always have cash. We went to main square and got cash there (we saw at least 3 banks there, we had to queue and sometimes machines also ran out of cash...but were ultimately successful) You also need dirhams/euros to pay the hotel for the city tax and any taxi transfers. Glorious local breakfast. Local breads, pancakes with jam and butter. Sometimes omelette or fruit. Coffee and fresh juice. A real.treat.

I visited Riad Louaya with my girlfriend, and we cannot be happier with our decision! It was a truly amazing and immersive experience. The Riad is very comfy, staff people are GREAT and the service is just amazing. Breakfast was also great, and in every moment we were feeling home.

Bad WiFi connection in the rooms. Generally quite pricey. Not a 4 star hotel (as indicated by Google).

The rooftop terrace is nicely decorated and has comfortable seating. No great views though, as the buildings around it are higher. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Good internet connection in the communal areas.

An absolutely beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Every floor has cozy corners to hang out, and all are uniquely decorated in beautiful Moroccan colours & materials. Murad & Mohammed were so helpful and kind. Thank you! We will come back and stay here the next time we are in Marrakesh 😊🙏🏽

Very generous breakfast. Each day bread rolls and two kinds of jam with pikelets, pancakes and a pastry. Sometimes fruit or omelette. Coffee and juice. There was always someone on hand to answer the door when we came back to the Riad. It was sunny and warm, even in early December and we made use of the sitting area on the rooftop. We needed our boarding passes printed and the staff were very happy to help us with this. Our flight home was in the evening, and we had to check out by 12 noon, but they were very happy for us to relax as long as we wanted in the lounge area.

A very warm welcome, including mint tea. Absolutely wonderful hosts. Morad was very kind. All staff are fantastic. Cannot recommend this riad enough. It's fabulous. Looking forward to returning for a few days before we go home on the 19th Dec.

Very friendly. Polite and helpful staff, who are very welcoming. Good communication. Very clean. Breakfast was very filling. Fabulous location, easy walk to all sites of interest. Great value. Taxi service was great, very useful, as we were met from the cab and guided to the Riad. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening.

We booked this Riad cause we wanted to stay at a place close to the medina that has spa and welness services. However, even though it says those two are part of the amenities, it turned out that all of those services are for extra charge and outside the property.

The Riad is very nice and has very confortable rooms and chillout spots on the rooftop or near the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious.
