Pool was not filled which was a shame. Other guests were not respectful of the quiet hours.

Brilliant location, nice breakfast included and friendly helpful staff. Building lovely and traditional, rooms comfortable. Communication before stay very good.

Bit cold in the room... The air conditioning didn't pump warm. But anyway, there were AC and warm showers. So, this is something that you can deal with... Also we came in January, when it is the coldest time of the year. In addition, we got the room next to the lobby.

Staff was great. Breakfast was alright, enough and you could repeat. Location is amazing.

The riad looks beautiful and has an amazing rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast and relax. The staff was so lovely and welcoming, they made us mint tea at night and let us chill in the terrace. The location was great, close to the main square of Marrakesh and many facilities

I asked for an extra bed in the suite, I was expecting a sofa bed but they only dropped a mattress on the floor

Our towels were not changed but for only 2 nights it was ok.

The stuff was very nice and helpful. The riad is beautiful and really in the touristic part of the medina close to the mail square. The room was confortable and clean.

A really nice riad with their own little hammam and massage room. Friendly staff, those in reception speak quite good english too. Nice breakfast, small but cosy rooftop, beautiful room, the most lovely riad cat residing there. They always offered takeaway breakfast when going on a early daytour or early check out. Superb location near Jemaa el fna.

We really liked everything. The location is amazing, in the Medina and a 5 minutes walk from the main square. The breakfast, served on the beautiful terrace, did meet our expectations. Both our rooms were clean and comfortable. Last but not least the staff, everyone was so kind, it felt like being at home. 100% recommended!

The Riad was clean and had great ambience. Very helpful staff. They willingly prepared eggs for us when we requested them. The Hamman Bath experience and relaxation massage were amazing. Hadiza left me feeling beautiful, supple and walking on air. Hussein (night receptionist) saw me safely to my next Riad, which was about 5 minutes walk away, when I had to transfer.

The WiFI could be better.

Staff were very friendly. Location was ideal. Rooms were clean. Hotel was very nice, and quiet too. Breakfast was very nice every morning in a great location on the top terrace.

The airco was at the very end of the room and didn't seem to work much or at least the cold air was not reaching the bed. The airco system also seemed to leak from a pipe going through the bathroom as we discovered a pool of water nearby the toilet in the morning. In the bathtub there is no hanger for the shower head and no curtain so you have to be careful not to spill water all over the bathroom.

The riad is less than 200 meters away from the main square of Marrakesh. Since it's located in dead-end alley no noises come from the street and the staff requests to keep silent during the late hours, which ensured we had two great nights of sleep. The room and bathroom were very large and nicely decorated. The night concierge seemed a bit grumpy at first when we checked in but during our stay he turned to be very caring and helpful and even provided us with a packed breakfast the morning we left Marrakesh.

I did not meet the driver of the tour I joined successfully, but innkeeper later told me that he would have gone with me to the rendezvous if I had told him ahead of time. I would have liked to have known about that ahead of time.

The location was close to the Plaza de la Funa and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The security of having the door open for you as soon as you get home, from early morning to late at night. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The interior was beautiful and spacious enough to enjoy the Moroccan interior. Breakfast was served on the roof top in a wonderful setting.

On a three-day stay, we never had clean service in the room. We've been asked on the first day and said it wasn't necessary, but it would have been on the second day.

Could not fault this Riad, for price we paid was excellent value.

Riad location was excellent (5 min walk from Jemaa el-Fna square), room was clean, and well proportioned....had everything there we expected. Breakfast was basic (fresh breads & pastries) but good, added bonus having this on top of roof. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Dipping pool was welcome in the July heat (40 degrees).
