Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalVery good location, close to the souks and to the Koutobia yet it's quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very kind to us, always available to help and even printed our flight tickets and hold our luggage on the last day as our flight home was only in the late afternoon. Breakfast is great too. Room is just what you need for a short trip, comfortable enough to have a good night rest. Would stay here again no doubt about it

United KingdomThe breakfast was perfect, always with tastes from Marrakech! The location was exactly what we are looking for, we could walk to any place but in meantime, very quiet! I would like to mention as well, the amazing welcome, hospitality and support that Mustapha always provided us, he makes us feel like "home". I highly recommend, it was an incredible experience!

ItalyI want to thank Ayoub and the staff of Riad Naya for the warm welcome and the assistance provided. I had a great experience at this establishment; it is very clean and conveniently located, just 5 minutes away from Jamaa El fna. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I appreciate Ayoub for organizing my excursion to Essaouira; they picked me up directly from the Riad. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. If I were to return to Marrakech, I would choose Riad Nada again.

SlovakiaI really like the location. Narrow streets of the old Marrakesh. It is very close to the centre. House is very nice and clean, well maintained, offering an oasis of silence when you are coming back from overcrowded streets of bazaar. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is also very kind, offering a tea after check in, explaining where we are and where to go around on the map.

HungaryThe breakfast was simple, mainly jam and jam. Room is very simple, but it is a cheap riad. This riad is a very small in a very small street.
The staff did his best for us. They are very helpful and kind. We asked something - they did it immediately. Bed is comfortable. we can reach the centre and bazar by walk in a few minutes. The silent our is a good idea! we slept well.

PortugalI went with a friend for the first time to Marrakech. We stayed for 3 days and it was amazing. The Riad Naya has a perfect location, situated in the center, very close to all the attractions and the souks. We could walk everywhere from there, no need to take any transportation. Mustafa was an amazing host. Perfect English, always available and polite , even gave us some tips on what to see in the city. Breakfast was included and it was simple but good. It included tea or coffee, orange juice, typical bread, jams, butter, olives, big slice of cake (different each day) and some pancakes or crepes. Perfect to start the day.😁 we were very happy with our room, very quite place located in the last floor of the Riad. We even had the chance to smoke a shisha on the rooftop in the evening before our departure. Overall experience was excellent and definitely we would like to come back in the future. Amazing Quality/price.

SpainThe only bad thing was that the next night it was already booked.
We booked last minute and were more than happy with our choice. The place is beautiful, clean, and very central. The rooftop is lovely. Abdel and Mustafa were more t friendly, and extremely helpful, making sure we find our way there, and recommended us a wonderful tour to the desert, for which Mustafa even provided us with breakfast before official hours. Looking forward to coming back.

United KingdomExcellent value for money, comfort and stay. Location great for Souks, day trips and all the major locations. Breakfast is traditional and fresh, superb. Daily cleaning left rooms fresh. A big ensuite bathroom. If you like Tagine, dine at the Riad in the evening. Excellent value for money and they buy the ingredients fresh and cook to order. Generous portions. They will arrange pick up from the airport, cheaper than organising on-line. The taxi is met by a local gentleman who will take your luggage directly to the Riad. [Please tip him!] Nice roof terrace, to sit in the evenings/mornings. Quiet time is respected, so you can sleep. Staff can be trusted to keep you safe with good advice and save you money. Just ask and they will do their very best. This is a Riad that is comfortable, excellent value for your money. I was impressed how clean they kept the building because hot countries are dusty and the sand is carried by the wind. Well done Riad Naya! Tips for Marrakech, cash is preferred, Euros and Dirhams. Cats need feeding in the city, lots of poor dogs outside and in the mountains. Remember in life, you get what you pay for, this Riad gives a little extra!

United KingdomOur double bedroom was small with little space for clothes and luggage. We were not expecting a separate bathroom to our bedroom. The bathroom also didn’t smell great. Our friends had a lovely room with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
So close to the Medina and very good value for money. Relaxed environment and Mustafa was very helpful.
