There is not one single negative comment that I can think of. Everything and everyone was perfect.

Right from the moment we walked in until we checked out, absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff were exceptional and welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with nice decor. The roof top terrace was lovely with a great view of marrakech. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and amazing. The location was right in the heart of everything. Outside the riad was the hustle and bustling noise of the streets of Marrakech but as soon as you walked inside, the riad was like a beautiful, calm and peace world. My friend and I love this place and highly recommend it. We hope to return in future.

My room was tiny.

Great location in the Medina, very friendly personell and very nice terrace. The breakfast was typical Moroccan with fresh orange juice. Overall a nice place to stay in Marrakech

Lovely place to stay - super helpful staff. Perfect for a 3* hotel - loads of hot water, great shower, cool and calm atmosphere, good air con, tasty breakfast, good location. Also booked taxis through booking.com for the first time and this was a super smooth experience.

We liked every single thing about Riad Nesma - the location was great, the riad itself was lovely and above all else the staff were incredible. They were so kind - also made us an early breakfast when we had to leave early and coordinated with us to collect an item we left behind.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and in the heart of medina. The roof pool was a great addition for our sons to enjoy a nice swim. Lovely place to stay and also very helpful and kind staffs members (Mohamed, Naser, Yves and all the other names I could not remember- sorry Guys! ). They went out of their way to engage and help with anything we need. Breakfast was nice and the roof area very relaxing. Highly recommend 😊

Very good location, the rooftop is quite nice to chill. Situated in Medina, very close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and ofc Medina . The staff was really kind and helpful, a special thanks to Brahim who solved a situation with one of excursions .

We got a room which included a "jacuzzi" from the description, but it was actually a classic hot tub which could make bubbles... A bit misleading. The real jacuzzi on the rooftop could use some maintenance (bubbles working only on one side). Also, I expected a bit more from the dinner. Ingredients were good, but recipes were the usual ones, not a lot of creativity there.

Everything, from the cordiality of the staff, to the rooftop, to the amazing breakfasts served. The hammam and the massages were amazing. You really are treated as a king!

We had a problem with a smell in the bathroom after some rain the previous day and the staff upgraded us to a better room for the last night as ot became available that morning.

The size of the room could be slightly bigger for a party of 4, a little tight since it was our final stay before we left Morocco, and opening up the bags to pack/repack got a little tight.

Riad Nesma is a very beautiful Riad with a great location, the best was it was very close to the main road where our car could come so wasn't too much of a hassle to bring all our luggage. Having said that it was also close to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and souks. We felt safe coming back late at night. Riad was very clean and had a beautiful terrace, kids loved and thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and Hot tub on cold February nights. Breakfast was amazing and a special shout out to the staff who made us feel very welcome.

The location is very good, in the Medina but not too far from the edge, making it easy to get around. The decor is spectacular and the rooftop is great throughout the day.
