Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Laurent met us and orientated us within the city which was very helpful. Fatema made us a delicious dinner - which included delicious tagline for my son and husband and spring rolls and Moroccan salads for my daughter and me as we are vegetarian. All the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The Riad itself is charming with fantastic shared areas such as the sun terrace where we had a picnic one day. The terrace is an example of how Laurent brings an interior design approach to everywhere with beautiful plants climbing the walls, cushions and niche areas created to sit and sunbathe. Our family room (for two adults and two adult sized teenagers) was spacious and very clean with ornate decoration on the ceiling. We enjoyed the location in the medina too - which meant we could see the souks unpack and prepare early in the morning and be at the Bahia palace before the crowds. Should we return we would be back in a heartbeat!

This Riad was absolutely the best. It was intimate, thoughtful, had character, was well run and just plain perfect. Laurent, the owner has obviously put in the time to furnish this place with wonderful elements. It’s fun to see all he’s collected and each room is better than the last! Great value!

The location is perfect, next to the spice market and a 20min walk to the Souks. The service is excellent with the staff going above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. They serve a delicious breakfast - try the homemade yogurt! And would recommend staying in one night for the dinner prepared by their chef, it was the best we had on holiday!

SpainThe bed was too soft for my taste but this is very personal. Also, the Riad is located in a zoco market, which is very interesting but a bit noisy om the way.
We loved the Riad, is extremely well decorated, with many places to read, relax or rest, it even has a very nice library. The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming. We also did a Hammam and massage and it was very recommendable. We stayed in 3 Riads in Marraquech and this one was our best, for sure we will repeat when we come back to Marraquech.

United KingdomFrom the moment we were met in the square and walked through the spice market by Hussein, we felt like royalty. No question was too much, we were given helpful advice on navigating the city, where to eat, what not to do! The bedrooms for the 4 of us were adjacent, warm and welcoming. Once we mastered keeping the shower head in its socket, the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was just delicious. The best orange juice we tasted all holiday. The staff were friendly, always smiling but not intrusive. The riad was a haven of peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city but in a great location for exploring. We had a fantastic stay.

Riad Noos Noos was our absolute favorite stay in Marrakech! Our travel plans changed and the owner was so kind to hold our luggage. The whole riad is beautiful and nicely decorated. You can read in the lounge or challenge someone in billiard. There are also some books and games for children. Breakfast was delicious with great variety! We loved our comfortable room and with the baby cod it still felt very spacious. Thank you for having us!

SwedenThe Riad is amazing with nice rooftop and cozy breakfast. The area where the Riad is 'Mallah' is beautiful and less busy than the center you can find the spices market and many good restaurant + palaces. All the stuff are nice and helpfull always smiling. Ofcourse the Riad is superclean and fresh with many nice antiques and interesting decoration. I have booked the room in the roof , was really cool and authentic. United KingdomThe Riad was beautifully decorated in a mix of Morrocan and French styles with an attention to detail throughout - making it a relaxing and comfortable place to spend time. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable with a good ensuite shower with plenty of hot water. The food was excellent and having a hammam at the Riad was a lovely luxury and highly recommended. It was very quiet and tranquil in the Riad despite being close to the busy square and all the sights.

United KingdomEverything is perfect here, rooms, salon, terrace, Laurent and his staff etc. I would without any doubt recommend this riad to any friends visiting Marrakesh. Tried hammam and massage which is aldo comfy. A bit cold for us for the massage though-maybe remind the staff of putting the heaters on earlier on.

RomaniaBreakfast was basic, would have loved some real orange juice. Heating with the gas lamps felt a bit uncomfortable due to the smell of gas, but I know it's done all over the country.
The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and we finally got the elusive Moroccan riad experience here. Felt like living with family, the room was comfortable and the dinner was high quality and we could barely eat half of the amount we got. Many thanks to all the staff!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Noos Noos. All the staff were friendly and in particular Imad was excellent. He picked us up from the taxi, showed us round and told us were to get to things. He advised us on the trips and organised our fantastic 1 day excursion into the Atlas mountains . The hotel gave us their biggest room (no 3), with a bed on a mezzanine level as it was my wife’s 50th birthday. The whole room and hotel is exquisitely decorated in traditional Moroccan decor. Would highly recommend the massage too!
