Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenThe breakfast is bad, The same breakfast every day, and there are no other alternatives to choose from. The rooms have no seating or table and no kettle. The hotel price should be a little lower when there is a bad breakfast!! The room was heated and the AC did not work, we had to open the balcony door during the night..
The staff, the location, bus service to and from town, large hotel with large space, larger rooms, clean and fresh

BulgariaOften there were electricity issues and I had to be moved to another room. Several colleagues made reservations in one of the same hotels (Grand Mogador Agdal), and then some of us received an e-mail that it changed its name to Mogador Aqua Fun while others didn't. Aparently, the hotels are sharing the same yard and are not far from each other, but it was still unpleasant that the group was split forbsuch reason
The hotel is spacious and quite

United KingdomThe rooms were too far off from the reception and no tea or kettle to make tea in the rooms. I am used to having kettle to make tea in hotel rooms. The booking we made says unlimited access to the spa but we had to pay to use the spa facilities and only had 1hr free to the private swimming pool. No airport shuttle service available
The breakfast was very good and I love the omelette and the Moroccan tea a lot. That was my highlight ❤️ I also loved the sauna and other facilities they had as well.

United KingdomNothing about this hotel is 5 stars. Dirty as dust. No facilities in room apart from bed. Not even tea. You get 2 towels even if you book for 3 people. Night staffs are rude. Had dead cockroaches in the bathroom when I first got there. Was subsequently upgraded to suite which was just a little bigger and cleaner room.
Big and out of town so keeps you away from Marrakech hustle and bustle.

The indoor spa pool is only available for those when they feel like it, they will try and force a charge if you they think they can cheat you, it’s included in the room rate.

United KingdomUnfortunately this hotel is really let down by bad staff and terrible communication. There is a nice, helpful man manning the excursions desk but the men on reception are at best unhelpful and probably more accurately unfriendly. Throughout the hotel, from check in to reception services to signage there is very poor (read that as non existent) communication about basic things like where you can eat, when you can eat, how you can get around (there is a shuttle bus), what there is to do in the hotel.... there is literally ZERO information and trying to get this information out of the reception team is like getting blood from a stone. It isn't a language issue, there seems to be a reluctance to share the information, not sure why. For the first 5 days of our stay we were slogging into the Mall nearby for food because the reception man told us we couldn't eat in the hotel because we were too small of a group (3 of us). Eventually another staff member told us this wasn't true and we could walk into the restaurant and order something if we wanted. Again - odd set up. No menus, no real sign of it being an open restaurant - you have to just find a waiter and ask if you can eat. We tried the pool bar that we didn't know existed until we were shown it and were charged £7 for two cans of coke!!! Breakfast was standard Moroccan fare, OK. Cleaning was just OK. the cleaning staff were lovely but their job is made difficult by not having enough towels and fielding irate guests demanding their towels and the room key cards failing often (daily) and again dealing with irate guests not being able to get into their rooms. The pool is not heated and is freezing - just something to be aware of if that's likely to spoil your experience. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down at 3* prices then this hotel is OK.
I hadn't realised this was a 5* hotel when I booked it so was pleasantly surprised to arrive to a smart hotel with well maintained grounds and comfortable rooms.

United Kingdom•The beds were a bit firm for me •Rooms could do with updating •Maybe a bit more English speaking staff •Have better signs around the hotel, for example breakfast times, lunch times, pool times, spa times, etc as I had to ask about everything
This is the 3rd time in the last 10 years I have booked this hotel, it is 5* for morroco standards comparing it to the riads downtown. The facilities are excellent, the outdoor pools are excellent, plenty space and kids pool is excellent. The gardens around the hotel are always maintained, the spa and restaurant are excellent. The staff are friendly, and there are plenty of staff around the hotel always doing something very busy, cleaning, mopping, dusting trimming hedges etc. Two hourly shuttle to the centre and return which is great. Yes there is not much English speaking staff, there's only a few, but like any other country you visit, make an effort, brush up on your arabic or french they will appreciate it, better still just use Google translater. Staff are always busy working around the hotel, so yes it may be slow when you request things such as extra towels, toilet paper etc. Where ever you go just choose a few faces and request what you need and do tip, not alot but a tip goes a long way, even if you go to the pool ask the pool staff to set up a sun lounger and shade and tip him, he will run to sort you out. Don't forget this ain't the western world where these staff are well paid and have good benifets, a tip is an incentive for them. Whilst I was there for the whole 2 weeks I was freely tipping for what I needed, I worked out I only gave £27 (€31) altogether. Yes you have to pay a small deposit to borrow a pool towel which makes sense because many guests would just dump there towels on the loungers when they finished which was very annoying so i like this system, return the towel you get your money back, simples. Also this time i noticed that pool staff are more vigilant on the sunlounge and shade hoggers, if you hog it with your towel for hours expecting to be back yes they will take it and give it to someone else which i think is fair.
