The beds are curvy and take a bit to get used to. Smoking is allowed in the closed restaurant area adjacent to the lobby. This is extremely unfortunate since it is disturbing and unfair to those who do not smoke. Moreover the hotel has so many nice external areas where smokers can dine.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the garden and facilities are wonderful too. It's nice having a tennis court in your backyard. The food, particularly the Harira soup is amazing at this hotel. Short drive to downtown Rabat makes it convenient.

The staff was very friendly and as we were newly wed, they personnalized our room and offered us a very warm reception. If we were not tied by another destination we would have loved to spend more time there and discover more of the facilities. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Definitely worth every penny.

The bed was extremely comfortable 😌 Really nice view, delicious breakfast with a lot of choice. The room is more beautiful than what the pictures tell us. Stunning building, very charming garden. All in all, this is a very nice hotel. I do not regret my choice.

Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Beautiful hotel, very well kept. Enjoyed the Moroccan Tea by swimming pool every afternoon. Also had a very nice Shisha area. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful, especially the breakfast restaurant staff.

Suite was spacious enough for nanny and baby, but hotel indicated this wasn't allowed, so we got an extra room. Costly. Reception should keep sufficient change handy for hotel guests since this is a 'tip culture'. Automatic drapes were not working - though the technician came the first night and said he'd fix it the next day, that never happened. We managed manually which can't be good for the drapes. Tennis court and coach are not impressive but fortunately I found a very nice club (Riad Club) with 8 clay courts within walking distance.

We are quite familiar with the hotel, having stayed here several times in the last few years. Beautiful facility, mostly well staffed, nice rooms and suites. Towels particularly fluffy and scented. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Grounds are nice for walking and shopping area is a short walk away. Free parking onsite is a bonus. Though not a fan of shoutouts, Hasnaa and Nizar are always welcoming and did ask for me to recall their names. Though most of the food on the room service menu is mediocre, the Harira soup is amazing. The suites are well designed and spacious. Wife tried the spa and said it was pretty good though pricey.
