The staff was not very friendly and the hotel is in need of a renovation. At breakfast (0800h) some items were finished and already not available anymore at all.

Water pressure in the shower. It was a little under pressure, possibly because of how far it travelled from the taps. This made rinsing the conditioner from my hair a little difficult, but it was manageable. There was something above my room that made a strange noise, like someone blowing water down a pipe. This stopped at a reasonable time, but it was distracting at first.

Location! Right near the Palace, and with easy walking access to the train station. It's a little bit further from places like the casino, Larvotto beach, etc, but there are buses from the nearby square if you don't want to walk. The square nearby is the location of a covered market. Large bathroom, especially for what was considered a single room. There was construction work going on outside, but with the windows closed, this became just a muffled sound. Comfortable bed, with spare pillows and extra blanket.

Rooms are a bit worn out, AC was very loud (I switched it off as the temperature outside was ok), some supplies were stored in the staircase.

The location was perfect for exploring Monaco. Very close to the station and only a 5-10 minutes walk from the harbour. Great price out of season.

There were little cockroaches crawling across the main lobby while we waited for check in.

We were checking-in late and in the beginning the guy on the reception was not very friendly. The key he gave us didn't work and he had to open the room door manually. The reception staff in the morning fixed our key. Hotel it self is kind of old.

Okay value for money. Good location, close to the parking and the port. Breakfast was not bad.

We were a group of six and arrived in Monaco in our hired minivan. It’s a bit stressful driving into Monte Carlo for the first time, so a bit more detailed info on the location and pricing of the nearby car parking facility would have been more helpful. I note it was quite difficult steering the tight turns down/up the carpark in the van!

The room and breakfast were fine. We requested a high floor and we had a room with a view and (no water views though) which was great. The hotel is quite central and it’s only a short walk to the Marina.

There is some maintenance issues in the lobby which can make not very good first impression, very poor breakfast as there is no much options and people were not as friendly as receptionists, you should implement a “food wastage policy” in the breakfast as I have seen some people just wasting lots of food for no apparently reason.

Our aircon broke after our first night, we were accommodated in a different room, however the room was smaller, wasnt as refurbished as our previous room and the aircon didnt work
