Quite a long way to the train station. I imagine in summer the bus would be very packed going to the airport.

On the last night we couldn't get a meal in the hotel dining room due to a prior appointment. This was very disappointing.

Friendly staff, always ready to assist. All staff were knowledgeable about Monaco and their advice was really appreciated. The hotel location is excellent not too far from the main shops but away from the noise. Bed linen was clean and always changed.

Really nothing or maybe this: when I was ordering a Leffe beer, please pour in into a Leffe glass. You don't drink a Leffe beer in a wine glass. Something to remember for the bar people.

From the moment we arrived, our check-in was a breeze. Elona, the lovely lady at the front desk, greeted us with a warm smile and incredible friendliness. We mentioned that this trip was a special celebration for my daughter's 17th birthday, and to our surprise, Elona kindly offered us a complimentary drink to kick off our stay. It was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of our visit. Upon entering our room, we were immediately captivated by the breathtaking view that awaited us. The room itself was meticulously prepared, complete with a coffee machine and refreshing bottles of water, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite the fact that there was a massive festivity taking place downstairs, with a staggering 2000 people, we were amazed by the tranquility and quietness of our room. It was as if we were in our own peaceful oasis, undisturbed by any external noise. This allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time together. Our experience reached new heights the following day. After exploring the enchanting city of Monaco, we returned to our room to find a delightful surprise—a birthday cake! It was such a heartwarming gesture to celebrate my daughter's special day, and we were touched that Elona had remembered. It truly made us feel like valued guests. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Oh, what a feast it was! There was an abundance of delectable options, leaving us spoiled for choice. From fresh fruits to a variety of pastries, and everything in between, there was truly nothing missing from the spread. Our taste buds danced with joy as we indulged in the morning delights, setting the perfect start to our day. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. From the swift check-in process and Elona's exceptional warmth to the stunning views, thoughtful surprises, and the incredible breakfast selection, every aspect of our stay was simply outstanding!

No shops (general store type for Water/drinks etc.)nearby. The Hotel & beach bars are VERY expensive in this hotel. The noise in the rooms at the weekend was ridiculous - we were awoken by partying beside us AND above us from 2am until it eventually stopped at about 4am after numerous complaints from us to reception. I feel they need to step up their security presence at weekends.

Location is excellent, as is the fact that they have a beautiful private beach. Well-kitted out Gym and exercise area. Very handy to have nice restaurants and cafes on the beach area beside the hotel.

The room didn't exceed my expectations and we booked one of your best rooms with Seaview. No port to charge your phone next to bedside table , small bathroom and small wardrobe. WiFi very bad.

No Parking just valet service. Rooms could be renovated. People smoking everywhere although beach is supposed to be smoke free.
