Although everything is nice in general, the internet issue is a bit problematic, the bed and furniture are old, but the worst part is the floor. The loud noise that comes out with every step is a bit of a problem.

The hotel team is amazing, they are polite and well intentioned. We talked constantly for 4 days and they helped us every way.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy. They were really nice to upgrade us to a studio suite with a nice view. Also the staff was really nice especially the receptionist.

Due to the fact that the shower was open on one end with no curtain, the bathroom got "flooded" very quickly. The location is a little bit out of town with does not allow for a walk to the shops

New, spacious and tasteful room with a beautiful view into the country side. Very friendly staff doing everything they can to make their guests comfortable, including sauna bookings. The dinner and breakfast buffets were generous with very nice food and the outdoor sitting area very comfy.

Bad snell in the room like from sewerage. Not existing kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Turkish sauna didn't work, only Finnish.

Very creaky floorboards. Sheets were stained and when we realised it before bedtime, there was no english speaking person in the reception.

Room was dark and had small windows, really a pity given the beautiful surrounding that we could hence not enjoy. Lift was out of order, we had to take the stairs.

Good, comfortable and professional hotel. Impersonal, rather catering for large groups, not for individual travellers. Good breakfast, the buffet dinner was rather poor. Sauna possible (without extra fee), offer good massage at reasonable prices.

The bathroom in the room needs a renovation, the screen was poorly installed and leaked water from below that filled the entire bathroom floor with water. The bed in the room was very small and both the mattress and the pillows were very bad. Apart from the bathroom and the bed, the truth is that everything else was perfect.

The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from Zabljak, in a very quiet environment surrounded by nature. We stayed 3 nights in a room/apartment in the main building. The room was big and had a terrace with a very nice view of the mountains. Although we did not use it, the room had a modern and well-equipped kitchen. We had dinner all 3 nights at the hotel, the food was very good and varied. The staff was very friendly at all times and gave us very good advice on hikes. The first day we enjoyed the hotel's sauna for free (the one inside the building was free, the one outside the builiding was not free). Good breakfast. At night, spectacular stars could be seen from the hotel.

The buffet breakfast was a disappointment, while the plumbing was noisy resulting in an early rise.

A good sized apartment with kitchen. The sauna and masseuse was a bonus. The al a carte menu was good value for money.

Both our beds creaked as soon as one moves (room 305) Undrinkable coffee from the breakfast machine, but the hotel will sell you good coffee from a machine behind the bar
