The property was lovely and spacious, located 10 minutes from old town with a lovely view of the water, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

You must climb the hill to reach apartment. But it ıs not a reason to reduce points. So I give 10/10/10

Location is easy to reach old town via walking. We had our brrakfast and dinner easily with the kitchen utilities but we suggest to wash before using due to the dust on them. Because of the nature some small animals may visit you just be informed :) Host was perfect, carpark easy to move and safe. We had no problems with neighbours.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean, I think that was the most important thing. The home is very close to the old city and has a parking lot for those with car. You can choose it for a peaceful holiday.

A bit too cold in the property for this time of the year (November). Some of the equipment was a bit old, but working.

Sheets were a bit scratchy, pilling and not wide enough for the bed. Would be nice to have a bottle of water on arrival.

Comfortable, quiet room with fridge and parking. Lovely owner who helped with the parking.

The host was soo nice! She explained me everything about the property and gave me a beach towel. The view from my apartment was magnificent! There's a small cooktop as well - which was very convenient!

We loved our stay here, we could walk to and from the old town and escape to the nice quiet accomodation to sleep. The family hosts are absolutely fantastic. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Clean, great air-con in the August heat, comfortable and affordable. Thank you :)

It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre but a bit uphill. But we can say that all Kotor is the same. So I am pleased with everything. The house is very spacious and clean

The owner Mihaela is a very nice woman. She took care of us very well. She helped us with everything. She is very friendly. She was cleaning all the rooms herself and the rooms smelled great. Towels etc were very clean. I am very satisfied.

It was very difficult finding the apartment. You absolutely need internet and the coordinates to find it, otherwise you get lost. The roads were very narrow and you need to be careful.

Although the apartment was small, it was cosy and comfortable. It was very clean and modern. The host was very kind and helpful! It was very close to the old town.
