United States of AmericaThe breakfast building was not too far from our building but it was quite far from many. The offerings were sufficiently disappointing that we forfeited our free breakfasts after the first one and paid for decent meals at a nearby restaurant. The reception staff included people who should find different jobs. Our room was far from reception and we looked for complimentary golf carts to drive us.

TurkeyHotel complex is not really a complex..Its open to public..there isnt a real entrance or exit...Its like rentable small appartments in town..no private beach...pools low quality and very crowded...Electricity is a problem..when its gone you cant even open your rooms door

RomaniaThe cleaning was pretty bad. For a 4 star hotel you are expecting a lot more that this hotel has offered. The towels were cleaned but the stains still could be seen. So I would recommend bringing your own towel . The girls who are cleaning the rooms are obviously exhausted by the amount of work which needs to be done. They were very nice and helpful. Maybe with more staff the work will be done as it should. The parking at the hotel costs 5 euros/day. I am not really sure how I feel about this. I have encountered the most unkind pool staff. The girl seems to be very annoyed by our presence (it was the pool closing hour, but her behavior was very disrespectful) and told us that she would like to go home and we should get out of the pool. very disrespectful . Also one of the pool does not have a first aid kit !!! Or at least that s what We were told.
The location is excellent. Near the beaches and the old town is 15 minutes away form the hotel, the Slovenska Plaza offers a good location. The cart for luggage is a really nice plus to the hotel.

NetherlandsWebsite says check-in starts at 12:00. If you go there ar 12 though, they tell you it’s from 13:00 with no any clear explanation why. Queue at reception when checking in was way too long (approx 45 mins) which delayed even more our check in. Some of the staff members of the hotel don’t speak proper English.
It’s a perfectly located hotel close to many restaurants, 4-5 mins walk from the room to the beach and lots of bars/clubs in the vicinity. Furthermore the rooms are pretty good with a balcony as well. The green areas are well maintained and pools are clean.

SloveniaThere was really a lot going on on the reception, and it is a very big complex. We only spend a night, came late and departed early, so if would be less complicated to be in a smaller hotel. But if you are there for a few days and not on business, I guess great choice.
It is a very nice otel complex, right next to the beach with everything you need close by. We got a newly renovated room, which was nice and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was also great, although very crovded, as youwould expect in such big hotels.

RomaniaServices. The services and customer service was very bad. Nobody spoke english except the reception. The other employees were very rude and lacked customer service skills. For example, while speaking with the parking lot attendee, trying to get information about how to get in, a taxi driver called her and spoke in serbian and she just turned to him and walked away, like I was inexistent. Even though the hotel stated that parking is included, when we got there they told us that parking is available, but they couldn't guarantee us a spot. I paid the parking for the whole stay and the reception told us we can now enter the parking lot, but the guard refused to let us in without a card. After going back at the reception to get the card, they told us to go to the parking lot exit. There, the lady told us she had no card because the parking was full. It was a nightmare. We finally got the card the second day. The receptionist failed to inform us about how things work there and that we needed a bracelet in order to order at the pool bar and when I asked about that, he told me that it's not their job to inform us about that. Awful experience. They need to work on their people skills and customer experience as the whole place has a lot of potential.
The complex of houses was beautiful, great location and very spacious. The room was good, but not it wasn't properly cleaned. There was dust all over the floor.

United KingdomThe phones weren’t working so it was impossible to call Reception for 2 weeks. Two days ago, my dad cracked his head open and was bleeding a lot but I couldn’t contact anyone and this was an emergency. The hotel doesn’t even have a sister nurse. I had to run to the reception which is very far from our villa and all the way back. All they said was ‘just go to hospital near hotel’, which was very unpleasant and just inhuman. The room service was very poor, sometimes they wouldn’t even clean our room. The lack of hygiene was appalling. The food was average but not excellent.

SerbiaFirst room they gave us was in newly renovated part,but it was in ground floor with balcony with huge wals, looks like prison cell. We aks if we can get another room with normal balcony, they sad tomorrow they can give us normal balcony room but in non renovated part.
The location is the best thing about Slovenska plaza. Also the complex itself looks really beautiful on the outside . Kids animation was really good,the girl Senka did amazing job. Breakfast was good.

MexicoIn ANY hotel I expect my room to be cleaned daily and fresh towels. In this hotel the cleaning is random ( we’ve got our room cleaned 2 days out of 5) and we got the towels changed 3 days. The room attendant commented there are not enough towels for all the guest !? when we tried calling the reception, we discovered the phone wasn’t working ( later we discovered speaking to other guests that in no room was the phone working) Thus , you need to walk 15 minutes to the reception ( we were in Maslina building) to inform the guests service of any issues. I walked back and forth several times unfortunately, as day one when we checked in and got the room key we had people in our room!!! Walked back to reception to wait 30 minutes? and all this after a long day of traveling, when you expect to just get into your room and relax , thinking your room is waiting for you way passed the check in time( we arrived after 17:00 hrs) . We got assigned a different room finally, but away from our family ( we booked two rooms). I had to walk back again as the room key did not work !! ( this has happened 4 times! The receptionist said with certainty I must have had it demagnetized! As if it’s my very first time in a hotel and I didn’t know better than not to have it close to my mobile. upon seeing me several times there , she got embarrassed too. The restaurant for breakfast is too small to accommodate guests( went the second day of our stay and never went back, as I stood there for 15 minutes looking for a table and a chair, finally dropped everything and went to the nearby bakery). It is unfortunate the hotel is falling apart, and has the mentality of taking money and not giving anything back ( 4 star price for a hostel amenities) . With this kind of attitude, they will go out of business soon, as nobody staying there will ever come back , no return clientele, nor would we ever recommend this place. A shame they charge so much and can’t even provide the basic service.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaOn the first day when we arrived, they placed us in a room part of Vila Karmelija. The room had a bad smell, was dirty, furniture worn out, dirty bed sheets, mold in the bathroom, barely any light coming into the room in the middle of the day. For 120€ in Budva we couldn't dream to end up in such a room. Even though tired after travel, we took a long walk to the reception where the reception staff could not help us and said boss lady would come soon. After coming back later to hear the same, we came back on the next morning. They had already prepared a replacement room in Vila Maslina, saying they placed us in the initial room because we "insisted" on french bed. We merely picked queen bed preference over twin beds... Depending where you are placed, since the complex is quite big, it can take quite some time to get to the reception and parking lot which is at the reception. Access to pool was included, but the pool is small and very few sunbeds which seem to be occupied by the same people for days. The staff at the reception seems to be very used to complaints, considering they asked "Was the room very dirty?" even before we explained what issue we have. At this price point, we stayed in better places in Budva.
The Vila Maslina room we were transferred to on the second day was nice and clean, renovated with new furniture. The buffet breakfast was nice. Staff in general is polite, but they can't help you with anything without their superior. Slovenska plaza beach is only a few minutes away.

SerbiaThe security guy was bothering my mom while she was sitting at the bench outside the villa, she was only waiting for me while i was at the reception but when i got back she was annoyed because she was resting her ankle and he wouldnt leave her alone. I had to go to reception because the phone in our room didnt work and we were in a last villa. Egg shells in omelette every morning without exception (eat the eggs slowly and watch those teeth, im not joking). Phone in my room wasnt working.
I liked the hotel and the staff, there were few things that need improving but nothing that would stop me from staying again. The staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for you. They will try to accommodate any request and lux part of the hotel is great.

NetherlandsWe were one of the first guests in the newly renovated part of the hotel (Maslina part), so part of the newly installed software/AC programme didn’t work perfect yet, but they fixed it when requested.
Magnificent hotel/resort at a very central place. Beach on literally 1 minute walk, different shops within the resort as well as around it. Facilities were perfect and very clean (swimming pools, shops, tennis court, yoga lessons etc.) You get proper baggage service (takes some time, but they do everything for you).
