The lever to flush the toilet was broken, so we had to remove the top of the toilet and manually lift the plunger -- worked but not convenient.

Good, quiet location, close to the water, cafes and restaurants. Parking on site was included. Comfortable beds and good view from the balcony.

Nadya is a super host. Apartment was on 3rd floor with great view from the balcony. Sunny in the morning. Great location. Room service was every 3 days. Lovely place, highly recommended. Will come again!

We stayed there 4 amazing nights. We booked an one-bedroom Apartment on the last floor. 1. The apartment was clean, comfortable and price worthy. Not to forget the balcony where you can enjoy the dinner. 2. Everyday they changed our towels and cleaned the house. They did also the dishes, this surprised us. 3. The area was cool, mega market was only 5-7 minutes walk. You don’t need the car to go to the beach, its very near. Parking in the property. 4. Last but not the least, the best experience in this property was with the hosts. They were super friendly. On the last day we had problems with our car and the old couple did everything to help us. They do not speak much English but they tried with everything to help us. She offered us a coffee while we were stressed. They did much more for us than they should have done. Their daughter speaks perfectly English and she is also very kind and she will help you with all the things you need. We will come back next year for sure!!

Slight communication problems with the hosts, but this was not a major issue as they were friendly and accommodating.

Convenient location, just ten minutes from the beach and five minutes from the bus station. Comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. Amazing view overlooking the mountains. Daily housekeeping service. Overall, a thoroughly pleasant, peaceful, convenient and comfortable stay. Excellent value for money.

Parking can be a little bit difficult since there are only a few slots in front of the house. Even though, on the other side of the street there is another free parking and we could find a place.

The apartments are runned by a local family that will help you as much as they can. Even if they do not speak a lot of english it is very nice seeing how they try to explain things so you feel welcomed. The promenade is 10 minutes walking distance and from there you arrive easily to the old town.

The owner Nada was super friendly and so nice… the apartment was so clean… location was amazing… the neighborhood is very safe … overall it was a very comfortable stay except for the air condition, it was not working efficiently… also there was no hanger for the shower had to hold it all time while taking shower… other than this everything was just perfect…

We booked a bigger apartment, but the morning when we came, the owner told us that her guest that was in that apartment decided to stay one more day - so we needed to stay in another apartment the first night (which is way smaller, wifi was bad). That was the only thing that I didn't like - since we did pay (way in advance) for the bigger one.

It was a great stay for us as the apartment was very cozy, well equipped and perfectly located in the center of Budva. The owners were available for us at all times, took really care for the quality of the aparment (e.g. towels and beddig changed on a regular basis). If anybody wants to spend some time on the coast, or as we did, also travel accross the whole country by car, there is no better located place to experience the trip of your lives in beautiful Montenegro. Really, really recommend and hope we will have a chance to come back one day.

The room was clean. The location was nice, not too far from the beach. The lady was quite welcoming. There was a problem with electricity in the kitchen area, but it got resolved very quickly.
