The parking was with payment 8€/day. The check in is too late at 2pm. The swimming pools are small. The drinks that are included,are all the worst quality.

The All inclusive is so expensive for the service they offer. The staff are very kindly.

We booked 2 rooms, but I think I got confused with the picture of the rooms when I made the booking. The picture I saw has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and I thought it was the room we were going to get. But it did say it was 'standard double / twin room', and we only got 2 double rooms, so I didn't make any complaint on the site. I think it was me misunderstanding of the picture, because the description was indeed 'standard double / twin room'. The facilities are old. Shower is very flimsy, and our shower door fell off on the first day. The pedal of the bin in the bathroom was not working. Sometimes the sauna in the spa is not working, and you need to ask the staff to switch it on. but overall not too bad.

We are a family of 5 - Grandma, parents and two 5-year olds. The location of the hotel is perfect, only 1 min walk to the beach, and easy to get everywhere. We love the setting of the hotel, which has a lot of beautiful olive trees and plants. there are 3 swimming pools and a children's pool (very small) in the spa. Drinks are served near the pool which was nice and handy. All the staff are very hard working and helpful. The restaurant is big, and offers a lot of choices, although the menu was repetitive everyday. We particularly enjoy the afternoon snack - kids enjoy the ice cream, and I quite like the freshly made crepe. Overall the stay was comfortable, and was of good value.

There wasn't a many options of meals. I was there for 8 nights and every breakfast and dinner were almost the same. One more thing, I had all inclusive but I had to extra pay for nescafe( frappe ) for example. The sunchair and sunshade were not include, i had to extra pay. Thay ask for 9e per day for 2 sunsets and one umbrella. It is a lilltle bit embarrassing.

Hotel was very clean and it has 3 pools. The nature all around hotel is beautiful. It was 3 min away from the sea.

The all inclusive was awful, the same meal was every day with poor drink choice. The cocktails were terrible as well, made of cheap alchohols. The room wasn't ready for 2 people, there wasn't hot water in the bathroom. Also we didn't get the room we was paying for, they said they'll give us a better room. Well it wasn't better.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable - though the room itself maybe needed updated with a fresh coat of paint but this wasn't an issue for me. The food was quite varied for lunch and dinner each day - my only suggestion is that the dishes be labeled more clearly as being vegetarian I was unsure about some dishes being ok for me to eat. The pools at the hotel were really nice - you do have to pay 15 euros deposit for a pool towel but get this back at the end. The roof top bar was lovely with some great views. The staff were nice, and even let us check out a bit later before our flight. For the price, I really can't find anything to complain about!

Garage should be operational again, as there is a perking problem even in this period of a year.

Everything was just fine, the staff, cleanliness, room. Excellent location. Meals quite acceptable. Minor shortcomings shouldn't affect the overall impression (but it should be fixed of course).

room not ready when we arrived at 11.30pm. shower poor shower tray broken. no minibar in fridge. Restaurant terrace had wild cats roaming, smoking allowed on all terrace. Food signage on food poor ,food cold warm at best, bars warm wine had to have ice added, no bottled water to take away. swimming pool poorly cleaned, tiles in pool loose or missing in places. pool towels not available as stated, no entertainment.

Petrovac is a nice place where you can enjoy your vocation. The Hotel is in a very good location and the villas are very comfortable. The food is very good and the staff is very polite.

The only downside is that sunbeds on the beach are not included in the price you pay for an ALL INCLUSIVE stay (aren't sunbeds also part of "all"?). That is not really fair if you think about it, and it's definitely a big minus.

EVERYTHING was perfect. From food, cleaning lady, to the staff that is really kind and helpful. The rooms are awesome, pools and bars amazing, location is great, coffee made by staff is soooo good. Can't wait to go again next year!

The bread wasn’t fresh for every meal, the coffee from the machine tasted bad, food looked old. The beer tasted awful and the prices was different for every person even if we stayed the same amount of days and came the same day.
