We recieved no instructions about check in and when we arrived there was no one there to show us the apartment and give us the keys, so we were ringing the bell, walking around trying to find someone who works there... Even tho it says there is a washingmachine in the apartment (and that was one of the conditions while we were searching for accomodation), there is none. Instead, the owner asks 5€ to do the laundry.

1. the inner door, the left part, has problem with the locking mechanism + we didn't have key for it. 2.The outer door was locking, but didn't feel safe enough, although we had no problems. 3.The sink in the kitchen was dripping (non stop) 4.The inner cover of the toilet doesn't stay in upper position. 6.The holder of the shower was not well designed for this cabin - the angle of the outgoing water was not okay.

Location - 1 minute away from the beach alley, 5 minutes away walking from the old town. The room was far away from the main street, in the low part of the house, no noise, very dark, no windows, but I liked it, because no heat was entering the room. Park place guaranteed. Very nice personnel. A dedicated big terrace with 5-6 tables with chairs and you open the room and literally walk 2s through the garden and open the back door to the stairs, leading to the beach valley and the beach itself.

Quite steep walk from the beach, but nothing too bothersome. Wouldn't be a problem for most people.

The shower in room 1 and sink in room 2 had a leakage. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t speak English so we wasn’t able to report the problem.

Great location, walking distance to beach and old town. Parking was simple, which seems to be a big issue in Kotor. The rooms have a nice view and the host is super friendly.

key reception was a little complicated: we rang the door bell a couple of times, but the door did not open (although the opener buzzed busy street, few parking possiblities but the room was quiet (a little downhill, facing away the street)

Photos on booking showed the balcony with sea view when we booked the apartment, but we didn’t get the sea view when we got there. The beds/pillows were not very comfortable.

Location is amazing! Close to Kotor old town and very close to the beach. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Not much privacy (you have to close the blinds) due to the room being located directly in front of the pathway.

The room is very clean and perfectly fine overall. We were located 2min from the beach and 15min from the old town by foot.

Very old furniture and bathroom. Some lamps out of order. Bare wires at some walls. No hostess on the reception and we tryed to call her for 30 minutes. Neighbour dog sometimes barking in the night. We finded a trash in a bin which still from previous stayers.

Great location, less then 10 minutes to the old town. Perfect sea view from terrace. Beach in 5 minutes. Stove and dishes are available and clean.

Staffs were super unfriendly … For my entire stay wIFI did not work … In spite of my repeated requests they did not bother to fix it … I had to buy local SIM with internet for that … Cost is higher compared to location it is at least 5 minutes walk uphill to reach from the sea … which doesn’t do justice to price you pay

The place was outdated. The lady that works for the owner didn't speak english. Had to call owner who then have me further instructions. Parking was a bit annoying only 4 parks and 2 parks were taken by one van. We got a park later but was stressful. The lighting in the room was pretty bad, and hot water ran out until i discovered there was a switch that was turned off. I wouldn't stay here again.

Until you check in, you can not understand which room you're paying for. You can not see the sea from sheared terrace. Tovels and sheets were look like not clean.
