Elevator connected with the office floors, should care more about cleaning, breakfast was range of 3 star hotel. All in all is difficult to say that this hotel is 5 stars

The lady in reception was really rude to natioanals. She offered to cancel my room several times without any negotiation.

The location is really good. Comfortable and clean. The price is reasonable.

The rooms were a bit small considering the price. The building is a bit different and modern considering its surroundings. Perhaps another location for it would have been better.

Reception staff was a little strange, neither friendly nor unfriendly. Couldn't turn AC to cold because we were told by reception staff the central heating had just been turned on and made the AC air come out hot. Windows were a little dirty and full of limestone from what I assume was the rain.

The location was unbeatable, right in front of Sukhbaatar Square. The room was really comfortable and had a big restroom. Amenities like gym and conference room were a really nice addition.

The room was so hot when we check in. The thermostat was at 30.6 degrees. On phoning down to reception we were told there was nothing they could do as it was centrally controlled . We opened the 2 windows to let cold air in and left the room for 2 hours. Still so hot on coming back. Called reception again to ask for portable fans. Which arrived after about 30 mins.

Executive room was spacious. Very comfortable bed. Useful built in closet.

With the exception of one receptionist all other staff were very helpful. One receptionist seemed to be helpful in agreeing to book a taxi for the evening and a taxi for the following morning to the airport. But in fact didn’t book either, looked confused when questioned regarding the booking, then replied saying she had forgot. This could have been a massive problem if we just relied on the morning booking. But fortunately with the evening taxi not being booked, obviously concerned we did get the other receptionist to make a booking.

An expensive option in the city centre. Considering early morning arrival into the city was at 05:30, most visitors would require an early morning book in after travelling over night. The early morning book in rate was half the full day rate. But it was a comfortable and clean hotel in the centre of the city

It’s unfair to charge half full for an early check in. Arrivals in UB are at 5:30am, everyone wants an early check in. Standard rate £170+pn, but close comparable hotel, the Puma Imperial was £60pn

The room was a little bit dimly lit and the ventilation could have been a little better.

The location was great, and it was a comfortable stay overall. The menu in the in-room dining was reasonably priced and the portions generous. The washroom was spacious and the bathtub was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

There was a piece of trash in the elevator floor for 3 days. No one cleaned it. Breakfast never started at 7 as advertised. Always had to wait for 20 more minutes before they were really serving anything hot like eggs. That was a consistent disappointment every day.

Room windows were dirty and it’s because of precipitation (rain, snow). It was a little bit cold in the room and air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The hallways and rooms were cold, and the only restaurant open in the evening wouldn't allow us to dine because our child was under 15. There should be a family friendly restaurant in the hotel to keep that business there.

Their AC was not working and the front desk told me to open the windows. I was extremely tired and couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming out from the streets. If you close the windows, it’s so hot inside the room.
