wonderful and amazing place to stay...staffs are friendly and hospitable.its accessible to almost everything.. .sure thing i will always choose sofitel every time I will visit macau.

I hope there will be more restaurant options nearby the hotel but no. Location of hotel again, is a bit remote and that causes problem as finding a taxi in Macau can sometimes be challenging.

Ample room size with a beautiful view of the river facing Zhuhai, clean and classy. Location of hotel is a bit at the far end of city, breakfast is okay and reasonable.

My stay at the Sofitel resort was an exceptional experience in every way. From the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent welcome service. I felt welcomed and at ease at every moment. Housekeeping service is inconsistent, did not wash glasses and replace bathrobe. The hotel facilities are old and aged. The hotel casino is very rundown and old, not welcoming at all.

City and sea view from the rooms are beautiful. Concierge and reception are friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, walking distance to the major places of interest, eatery and restaurants.

It would have been helpful to have more information about the shuttle bus from the port to the hotel. We managed to get the shuttle from hotel to bus for HK very easily on the way back though.

Position excellent . Easy walk to the old town and all its sites and experiences . Lots of casual eating options within very easy walking. Rooms were in great condition and staff were attentive when needed .

Great location and if you enjoy walking around the good ol’ Macau vibes’ streets, this location would be perfect! Value for money! Staff was very helpful, in particular Rocky the bell boy! He spent extra effort to assist in hailing a ride to the airport, from the street!

The air conditioner cannot be adjusted. It's too cold. The casino is small. There's no roulette. French cuisine cannot be reserved on the same day.
