shuttle Buses from hotel to the airport don't start till 11:00 in the morning

Not very convenient and view was no good. Insert card to access to our floor was bad as always some of the lifts cannot work

Booked 2 rooms, only 1 avail. The other one not avail till 3.5hours pass check in time but no one told me why until i call and i asked. Ended up, they changed my rooms to new rooms because they said the other room (my supposed connecting room) has some issues. No compliment given no info until i have to ask :(

There is the smoking smell all the areas of accommodations such as the way from lift to the room and the rooms themselves. We had stayed there for three nights.

Everything is good, except the smoking smell in the rooms, even if we stayed at the non-smoking rooms.

First, the toilet bowl never comes with a bidet. Secondly the water pressure for shower was too strong & drainage of waste water was too slow. Lastly, hopefully in future the hotel can lease out to 24 hrs Convenience store. Others were good & acceptable.

more quality and reasonable priced food outlets/availability after midnight till dawn. Can do with a 24 hrs convenient store like Family Mart / 7-11 or others inside Londoner itself.

We encountered an issue with the door when another guest tried to force it open (thought it's their room), causing damage. The hotel staff assisted us in opening it, but we were concerned about being unable to secure the room again. The staff kindly offered to relocate us to another room, but as it was already 2AM and we were checking out the next day, we opted to stay put. The staff was very accommodating throughout the situation.

Check in took a while which is understandable though for a hotel with thousands of rooms!

The check in took forever. Had a bad experience waiting for so long just to check in. Should automate check ins so that it is more efficient.

The hotel however seemed pretty dated. The hallway to the rooms is dark and needs more lighting, definitely not the Sheraton vibe I’m used to. The smell of the dated carpets throughout the hotel was off putting. Service was quite slow from check in (but I guess it’s because it’s such a busy hotel), tried to order food at the pool which took over an hour. We stayed at the earth tower so to get to the pool and gym is quite the walk & I mean it!

The property is located at the Londoner and is very central. You could access the other buildings such as the Parisian and the Venetian. The staff were really friendly and whilst the walk to the gym and pool was a track, it hey have a modern gym and loved the fact that they have a sauna and steam room at the gym, such a good place to wind down after a workout. The beds are really comfortable and the showers amazing!
