It is hard to get parking and hard to get a reservation in their hotel restaurant.

I liked the room and the big pool and all the restaurants in area.

Breakfast food options could be better. Staff in the restaurant are a bit jumpy and impatient. The hotel should consider adding additional service time for dinner as they are always full. Mosquitoes in the room, they should consider adding something in the rooms for this.

The atmosphere at the hotel is good. They regularly organise entertainment for guests. Staff in the main hotel are friendly. Nice pool. Room was clean

The breakfast was very expensive for a below average breakfast. Made to wait hours for check in and messed up the booking. Finally the pool was closed on the last day and we were informed a few days before arrival

The pool was under construction for refurbishment beginning two days before our arrival. Originally it was not to start until after we departed.

La Pagerie is a beautiful garden hotel located in an old creole village. The hotel staff were fantastic with us not speaking french and spoke english with us. Also, we were able to walk everywhere once we arrived at the hotel.

There was not enough staff. We went to the bar to order a cocktail. There was only one barman and he told us he had to prepare all the drinks for the restaurant before doing ours. Also because of a lack of staff the lobby was full of dirty glasses which had not been cleared away. The staff were ok but not super helpful. When I arrived to check-in there was no one on reception and I was just standing there waiting and waiting. There were other members of staff chatting at the bar but they ignored me and did not go to find the check in staff. The parking arrangements are chaotic to say the least only a few parking spaces for a large hotel

It had a nice pool and pool bar and a cool swim up bar. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent.

The hotel is very old and needs refurbishment. We did not have breakfast, but the dinner was not very good (not a lot of options and not very tasty). There was a group of young people making lots of noise and the hoted did not make them stop. It is super overpriced for the quality the accommodation offers.

The rooms are good, big and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. The location is good, in a nice area and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The only very minor thing is the property sometimes felt a little understaffed (long lines for check in/out, at the bar, etc) but the staff were always as accommodating as possible.

This hotel is extremely well-situated with fantastic amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is to die for, and there are great food and beverage options. The staff are all extremely nice as well.

One member of the staff at the reception desk wasn't helpful at all. I asked for basic questions such as where to find a supermarket nearby, where to buy authentic vanilla and a lab to book a covid test and I realised after double checking with either another member of staff or locals that his replies were completely wrong. Also a bit disappointed by the restaurant La pitaya, I would say it's overrated. Staff at the swimming pool bar is very slow, we gave up having a drink there.
