Location was perfect! Staff were very friendly and everything was as described. I was first booked into a room where the bathroom was quite small for me (I’m tall and leggy) and the team were very accommodating (that you Marianna). I had a do not disturb sign on my door for two consecutive days and they came in to check up on me to make sure I was okay and still alive which I thought was very thoughtful. I wish the weather was better when I was there because that rooftop pool was so beautiful. I stayed at be.HOTEL for 11 nights, so it was home away from home for me so it was very important I was comfortable and I can guarantee I was more than comfortable. Thank you to Loredana for ensuring I had a great stay!

The only thing that I didn’t find convenient or very comfortable was the way to breakfast restaurant and rooftop terrace or indoor swimming pool which is on the other site of the mall and you need to get out of the hotel in order to get there. Windows were a bit dirty too which doesn’t make too pleasant wake up view in the morning.

The location of the hotel is very unusual, just in the middle of the shopping mall but it was just a plus and made me feel very safe to come back at any time of the night. Also it is very convenient to have a few shops around. I would also like to bring to the attention an excellent room service/cleaning service and overall availability of the staff. They were always very kind and helpful and try to accommodate my needs as possible, even though I didn’t ask too much for it- very thoughtful and funny receptionists. Breakfast choice excellent, fresh and tasty, a huge selection and the most delicious freshly made orange juice. Good coffee quality.

Everything was perfect!

I had a very pleasant experience. We were a group of 14 girls, we had 7 double bedrooms and everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff very kind and nice and the facilities meet our expectations. We recommend with love. We spent a dream weekend at this hotel.

Room was bit small then expected, we choose superior room but balcony was very small

Location is perfect for night life, only thing is its so all clubs and bar sometime in night if you try to sleep early you get some minor sound in room even though glass of window is sound proof

I loved everything! The staff were so friendly and amazing from the minute we checked in. They made sure we felt welcome and always answered any questions we had. Staff ensured the rooms were cleaned and up to standard after every night. The location was amazing as it located right across from all the restaurants and bars. All the facilities were cleaned and we enjoyed everything so much! The manager made sure we were well taken care of and made this the most enjoyable stay I’ve ever had.

Room was incredibly smelly, we tried to air it as much as possible but coudn’t get rid of the smelliness. It felt almost hard to breath at night. Just couple of nights is okay. Also breakfast was first looking like amazing and many options but once you eat it tastes low quality.

Rooftop pool is the sellingpoint of this hotel, I enjoyed it a lot even though our stay was short.

Nights are a little bit noisy especially in the weekends. Sometimes agglomeration and long waiting time at the elevators. Lack of the shower gel.

The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast covered all tastes, with fresh orange juice at discretion. Kind staff, who responded promptly to requests. The perfect location, in the center of Saint Julian, close to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, the beach and bus stations. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool on the roof, at the 11th floor.

The hotel is located in the heart of St. julians , Beach ,Shopping Mall , Restaurants, and Bars are all just steps distance , reception, and room service are great ! Highly recommended 👌

They provide us from the hotel, the housekeeping team of sobhan that was very helpful to arrange tours, visits an etc !! They were really good!

It was very noisy from outside, especially woth the surrounding clubs and also you could hear people in the hallway very easily. I was woken up most mornings by the cleaner in the hallway (around 8am) because the doors are not soundproof. I didn't hear others in their rooms though.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooftop pool was very nice although it was super windy up there! But it was warm enough to swim I the pool. There is table service at the rooftop and I thought the prices were quite OK. I really recommend the Bongu cocktail!

The location was excellent & it is well worth paying extra for a view of the sea and a balcony. Beds very comfortable, shower fabulous & roof top pool really nice. Breakfast & service throughout excellent

The location was a little close to the night life and located in a shopping centre but this would probably suit a younger cohort. During our stay there was a problem with one of the lifts which was an inconvenience. Minor point but the balcony was tiny.
