눉The overall cleanliness of the rooms is questionable, dirty bedding, fingernails under the bed and overall musty smell to the room. Also the maintenance of the rooms is very poor, I'll curtains were hanging off on arrival, we had no water in the kitchen, lightbulbs out and kettle broken
눇Great location, the rooms are quite large. There is amazing bus station only two minutes walk with connections to the whole island

눉They had only one spa therapist so me and my friend couldn't do a massage at the same time. I was a bit disappointed since everything was going very well.
눇It was a very nice hotel, our room was big and very spacious and it was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was very vast and good.

눉Reception staff, rude, ignorant and liars! Refused to let me check in before 2pm yet other people were arriving after me checking in no problems, when i queried was first told room not ready, then told problem with my room? Then manager said she wasnt putting guests at back of hotel as too noisy with building work going on so wanted to put me on 2nd floor above entrance and coffee shop? Considering i asked for a quiet room on a high floor this was not acceptable to say entertainment in coffee shop went on til midnite? She then took me to room 518 at back of hotel after i insisted it should be my choice not hers? I was happy with the room, when we got back to reception a member of staff then told her i couldnt have this room as he had already given the key to some other guests? Blatant lies as you have just both told me your not using these rooms? Then i was given room 510 again in the rooms they not using? Think staff need to get there story straight as was a joke. Food in the hotel was shocking, breakfast was passable but evening dinner was not edible at all, stone cold and weirdest concoction of food offered ive ever seen, after having dinner once i went to reception and asked to cancel half board to breakfast only, manager said i would have to contact booking.com? I said no its you who has to change it and refund me as its you ive just paid? I went and rang booking.com who confirmed it was hotel who had to refund me, they rang hotel and same manager then lied to her and said the general manager had to authorise a refund and he was out of the hotel until 2pm so she would have to ring back later? Within 5 mins my room was called and i was told to go to reception to get a refund? Very strange you just told booking.com manager is out for several hours but then within 5 mins refund is given. Total lies and contradiction.
눇The rooms were lovely, comfy beds, carpeted, had everyrhing you need, lovely trendy bathrooms, pity rest of hotel let it down.
