Lovely room, great shower and comfy bed. Ability to cast movies from phone to TV was a massive bonus as we had some cooler weather. Facilities were good although weather restricted our use of the roof top pool on two of our three days as it was very windy so they couldn't open. Food was good and staff were very kind and helpful

Not all was perfect, but it is fine for the price. Breakfast has a wide variety, but the ingredients could've been better quality.

Good location, and nice staff, the hotel was recently renovated, so the facilities are in good condition.

The hotel is nice and well equiped, entirely renovated a few months ago. Food is great and the hotel staff are friendly and always eager to help.

The hotel is very beautiful , fully renovated and beyond my expectations. I was very satisfied with the infrastructures that offer a lot of different restaurants, swimming pools, bars and a souvenir shop. The chamber maid - Madam Aarushi Ghising - was extremly polite, friendly and caring each morning we were meeting her. She did an amazing job in the bedroom and we were very satifsfied of her work !!! She made a beautiful elephant with the towel, it was lovely :) I did appreciate the food and happy hour menu with cokctails in cheeky monkey bar.

We got NO -really NO! - information at the Check-In. I had to ask where we can find breakfirst and dinner. Answer: "It's there where all the people go." Had to ask for the gym three times to find it ("Just over the street" was the description we got before). Bar "Sidestreet" has the worst service we ever saw in all hotels on our journeys all over the world!!! Words can not describe it! It's so bad! People should really mind this place and enjoy evenings at the bars in the neighbourhood, where you get what you ordered!

The hotel is very big, you have many possibilities. Stuff is very friendly. View from seafront room is beautyful. Food and drinks very good.

Pools and jacuzzi till 18 ok, but the terrace should be open without opened pool at this time

I can't fault the place.

Me and my partner had such a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet they had on offer exceeded our expectations. It was delicious, plentiful and had so much variety. Our room was always spotless and housekeeping staff were especially friendly, in particular Deepa Pandey. She was so friendly everyday and did such a great job. Our room was kept impeccably clean. Me and my partner fell in love with Malta and we will most definitely be returning. We stayed in three different accommodations during our trip here. The odycy was by far the best we stayed in. We will be back.

Start with buffet as part of the all inclusive package - the flavours, the range available was exceptional. ( red wine mediocre). The cleanliness was perfect. Our room 9th floor kept immaculate and a special thank you to Vamil Kumar who looked after our room so well. The facilities were plentiful, pools, sun beds, bars gave a good choice to everyone from families to singles and couples. The hotel itself was well designed and pleasant to the eye- just welcoming. One small criticism was the reception area and guest experience was modular and a more welcoming traditional reception area would have been more functional. Our flight time was late evening and the hotel was very accommodating in extending the check out time and access beyond 11 am to the hotel facilities. We didn’t want to leave - we felt we had made an excellent choice

The ambience in the hotel was exactly what a person on holiday would want. Staff very professional and friendly, food excellent. In particular we loved the separate adult area where one could go for some quiet adult time and relaxation.

It's too bad that the outdoor pools are not heated...

My partner and I stayed in room 868. The hotel is very good, with lots of different services. Special mention for the room service provided by a man, Mr Bishnu Bahadur Pariyar, who was very kind, attentive and helpful, and whose work was done to perfection! What's more, every day he made hearts or various swans in towels surrounded by rose petals, so romantic!

Hotel was perfect in every way. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A big thank you to Malorie " Guest Experience Team" who assisted us on our transport options. Rajol and his team of cleaners who checked a number of times to ensure we had everything we needed in our room. The food at breakfast and evening buffet was excellent. A great variety available to suit everyone's choice. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Met and exceeded our expectations.
