Not the fault of the hotel but worth noting that some major road works are going on outside and my room was very close to it so I was woken up at 7.30am every morning to the sound of thudding going on outside. Not the same for every room though.

Room was lovely, Clean and very nicely done out. Bed was really comfy. Location was great. And the staff were lovely. I have nothing at all bad to say about the hotel.

Nothing really the fault of the Hotel however during my stay (Apr 24)there was a lot of building/roadwork going on close by and therefore associated noise but it didn’t really spoil my stay.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just as small improvement I would blind the window to the toilet to not light up the room when your other half needs to use the toilet in the middle of the night. And maybe adjust the windows a bit so they close completely, which makes it even more quiet from the outside noises.

The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. We had a perfect stay during our holiday. The staff was helpfull and friendly. There are a lot of coffee shops and the city centre on walking distance and we could park the rental car at the hotel so for us it was perfect.

everything was great we loved it, the only thing we were not a fan of was the television as we could not watch anything, even-though it was a smart tv, no netflix no channels nothing , it would have been great if we were able to watch netflix. bur over all it was a short and sweet tay.

The room was very small and there was construction happening right in front of the hotel, but than again construction is happening every where in st Julian.

The facilities provided, good quality bathroom toiletries, they provided bathroom robe and slippers as well inspite of being a economy room....very clean. The staff too was was very polite and she allowed us a early check in as well....On the whole,it is a good quality hotel...very nice lobby as well. Good location, all the restaurants are close by, also the Arkadia, the grocery store is close by, so is the mercury mall, a 5 mins walk

I requested a quiter room to stay as I stated I have serious anxiety disorder at the requirement section, room was adjusted near a construction site with loud noises made in the early morning and around the midnight.

The reception staff, bar staff and the cleaning staff are very helpful they can't do enough for you. Especially, Jelena and John from the reception; the cleaner lady - Snezhana and Luis from the bar. They have been exceptionally supportive in every way we have required help. Always approachable, and give us a warm welcome. Highly recommend this place!

The room is equipped with a "smart" TV without internet access and applications such as You Tube. For all Nutella lovers, there was a large bucket with a pump at breakfast, but nothing came out and there was no spread, which was frustrating.

The hotel is located in an urban district near various facilities. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious, the bathroom and toilet are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is varied and rich and there is everything for different tastes. Wi Fi was good.

There was a lot of noise from the outside roadworks from 8am onwards on weekdays, though this is not within the hotel’s control.
