IndiaWhile all their speciality restaurants and main buffet places serve good food with a warm smile and they took special care about our vegetarian preference, we still felt that more vegetarian (eggless)/vegan options could be included, in all their restaurants/buffets. But that's just nitpicking. Overall, there is not much to complain about.
We had a memorable stay. The resort has a wonderful location with three seas surrounding it. The staff was extremely courteous and polite, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and satisfied. The resort facilities and infrastructure were great and plenty of activities were held through the day. We chose their all inclusive package and its completely worth it.

Czech RepublicThe rooms are not new, but we did not mind, as long as it’s clean. I guess it still could benefit from a better cleaning service though, just to make it impeccable.
The property is gorgeous. It has 3 big beaches, a SPA, restaurants, pools, sports center…A really nice resort! Friendly staff, the cuisine was excellent, copious breakfast, themed dinners.

SwitzerlandRoom. We are shocked that the receptionist sold us a room with a non working air conditioner. We arrived at night after the 18h flight & found a huge cockroach near the safety box. I've asked to be handled immediately, but unfortunately they said it's late, they going to handle it tomorrow, as we are going to change to another room now for sleep - < 10am because it would be another guests coming for c'in. We're really disappointed as if we let the cockroach for the next day it would be gone already. During our stay, especially my wife, she didn't feel comfortable at all. We really hope that in the future, this kind of gesture won't repeat anymore, as we would like to come again next year. Breakfast. Please be more organised for breakfast ( fruits sections ), always empty, the fruit employee was so slow ( a lady ) while the line is long, while another gentleman more well prepared cutted all the fruits in advanced & ready in the plastic boxes. Dinner. Need more improvement for dinner, as we've noticed, if the breakfast's more organised & more tasty, the dinner's tasteful. During our stay for 2 weeks in any other Beach Combers, 4 nights in Shandrani is the worst dinner as tasteless & poor organised for dinner organisation to have a table.
We love 1 of the beaches, which is very quiet & unlimited access for snorkling as so much live corals & beautiful fishes. Please don't give a limit access for snorkling ( like a net ) & neither the nautical sports like jet skiing / others as it'll destroying the corals automatically chasing the fishes away as this is the main reason we stay in your hotel as other guests as we met & discussed on the spot. We really appreciate having a separate section for breakfast away from the family section, as we wish to have the same access for dinner. It's a very good idea to separate couples with no kids being separated from family noises as we are looking for quitness during our stay. As we've chosen & planned to stay in your resort in the future every year.

Rooms were very good ,resort is quite large but facilities were excellent . Considering the resort was full most of the time we were there they offer something pretty special .The staff make it what it is, management are visible every day .

United KingdomJust looking a little careworn in parts now in room/bathroom/thatched roof. Bathroom was up & down 2 wooden steps so care is needed at night if you wake up to go to the loo. But it didn’t spoil our short stay
Beautiful position near 3beaches-just a few steps away. Near airport so you do see some low planes. Lovely pool also. Thai restaurant Teak Elephant ( free but need to book) was amazing. Thanks to Brian our waiter !

SwitzerlandRestaurant availability was disappointing. We were there four nights and tried to book the restaurants just when we arrived but there were all fully booked. Apparently booking 4 nights in advance is not enough! You may want to try and book them before travelling! The buffet restaurant is ok, but repetitive after a couple of days.
The resort is big and has a lot of customers but you do not have the feeling that the beaches or the pools are crowded. It has three different beaches, which is really nice depending on what you want to do (quiet bay, open ocean beach with big waves) They have plenty of water activities, all are for free (stand up paddle, water ski, kayaks...) and booking is uncomplicated. You do hear the planes from time to time but it is not really a disturbance. At the first sight you notice that the hotel room needs renovation, but in the end you are mostly outdoor and it is fine.

Great ressort with 3 wonderful beaches. The free water ski was a great advantage. Extremely clean and wonderful personnel. Never slept in a more comfortable bed. The food in the Thai restaurant was excellent. The hotel white wine is really good. Loved their campaign to protect nature, animals and support the community.
