Bar restaurant on the roof was wonderful! Great drinks and food with an amazing view! DJ with 45s was a special bonus! Staff was great. Nice pool and beach area.

Coffee in the morning would have been great. (There is a coffee maker in the room tho', I just forgot to bring coffee). haha. Coolers with ice to borrow to have drinks under the palapas would have been wonderful.

The staff was wonderful. The room very clean. The location lovely. The pool clean and warm overlooking the bay.

We found the cleanliness an issue. The walls in the bathroom were marked and grubby as were a few of the walls in the bedroom. A really good cleaning as well as a paint job would go a long way to help the look and feel of the bedroom and bathroom. The drapes in the bedroom also need a good cleaning. The kitchen and living area where ok.

Location is great. The pool area was great as well. Nice to be able to get up in the morning and walk right on to the beach. The facilities such as the fridge and stove and dishes were all nice to have. The kitchen overall was nice.

The conveniences inside the unit. No shelves in the bathroom. Not able to shower without getting hair wet (shower nozzle very high). Sloppy paint job. No drawers in the bedroom. Random furniture.

If they are going to call it a hotel, then they should at least provide tissue paper. There is coffee machine but they do not provide coffee or cream. There are dishes in the kitchen, not sure how they are washed… no dish soap or a dishwasher. if they want to be a hotel, they could learn by visiting something like Embassy Suites They should classify this as a condo for rent and not as a hotel. No amenities on the site. To get a bottle of water, you have to walk 10 minutes and cross a busy highway to go to the nearest convenience store.

The hotel and rooms are due for some renovations, not just small fix up touches.

The Air conditioner was terribly underpowered or not working properly. The room was uncomfortably hot and made sleeping not enjoyable. We arrived around 6 and turned it on hoping to cool the room. By 11 when we returned the room was still hot. We requested a fan to help move the air around and that helped.

The location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view from top floor. The pool and lounge area was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.

The construction is very old, it has many cracks in the walls. Also, the air conditioner was so noisy so we were not able to sleep well. The window in the balcony was also not fitting the wall and insects got through. There is no supervision in the pool, as there were visitors which entered with shoes and clothes, the same they use for going outside 😑, not accurate for pool, this is not hygienic.

There were few visitors. The pool and the beach are good!
