The room on the 5th floor and the WiFi signal on the 3rd floor isn't good.

The room on the third floor was big and comfortable, it was much cleaner than the room on the 5th floor. The location is great

We stayed there two times, at the beginning of our trip and at the end, the location is great, we didn't have time to use the pool but the area seemed nice. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, mercado 28 is about 10min walking. Our second time was better as the room was much bigger and cleaner, it was located on the third floor but the WiFi signal wasn't good, the one on the floor 5th wasn't very good, it was much smaller and had cockroaches.

Next to the ADO station. The room had a lot of space with 2 beds. The bathroom was big too.

Negative aspects: - room very old and with a lot of broken parts (just for example, the windows glass is broken and it has been repaired with the tape) - Noisy room, because we had a communication door with another room and we could basically ear everything was happening in the other room

Positive aspects: - location is good and you can easily reach the city center and the nightlife in Cancun - Nice swimming pool - Big room - Good price

The Wifi did not work in my room - everyone was in the lobby using the Wifi. My door didn't open properly and I had to ask for assistance every time. The staff were pleasant but with a little training could do much better.

The AC only had two speeds - off and full blast! Would have liked some moderation. The TV remote didn't seem to work (pushed the buttons but nothing happened - may have been an operator problem though:)). Main issue is the hotel doesn't have hotel-wide wifi. You have to go to the lobby - you can't get it in your room. That's obviously inconvenient if you want to work or watch a movie or something in your room.

location was great - 8 minute walk to the ADO station and all the collectivos to Puerto Juarez (beach, ferries, etc). Lots of restaurants around, near the public square and activity there. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it). Rooms were clean and looked like they'd maybe been updated a bit.

Room was large, but bed was very small for two people. You could see the light thrue the door and we felt like anyone can enter the room.

From the hotel everything is close: ADO bus terminal is about 5 minutes walking and dome few steps further there are bus stops for Zóna hoteliera and Puerto Juarez. The same distance in opposite direction is famous Parque Palapas etc.

The bathroom was small, and the blankets were thin, no mini fridge.

I liked the pool, it has a restaurant, and was close to local bars and restaurants that have fun things to do. Like wrestling matches, marachi bands, and djs!

Well it is advertise as a four stars hotel which it is not maybe a good 3 stars keep that in mind when comparing with others hotels and the desk in the room has no chairs to sit on and there is no fridge in the room as you can see this is not a four star hotel by any means......

The location is good close to the bus station and mercado 28 and the rooms are clean everyday with cleans towels

Breakfast can be $10-20 per person depending on how you like to start your day. No ice machine and bottled aguas can be purchased at the front desk for ₱30

Staff is welcoming and friendly! The Hotel is classic vibe and at a really great central ciudad location. It was nice that there was on sight parking (I didn't read into but it is limited availability) Realized you have to check in with the front desk mostly all times you need the gate opened, but it stays secure all night. AC in the room is nice too.
