Well I have stayed in this hotel a few times before . Everything was about the same but I got bed bugs I’m glad I found them before I left but unhappy I got them I stayed in room 154 on the 15 floor they did move me to another room the last night I was there . I hope they debugged it before they rent it again

The bath tub was ridiculously crazy. It was hard to get the balance for hot and cold water to shower. Room 105 needs attention to that matter .

My granddaughter paid in pesos to get her laundry done and they also charged me on my credit card. I’m a long time customer and am not happy about this mistake , also I arranged with a porter named Gabriel for a taxi to the airport and he failed to do it.

It is definitively not a five star hotel, a/c could not heat, as it was cold, furniture outdated, needs definitively renovation, almost every elevator ride was with some staff, causing always (sometimes even more) intermediate stops, if you are in floor 19, it sucks. They should have a separate service elevator (like other 5 star hotels have), personell doesn´t speak english, pool area under renovation

The hotel as of 12-2023 was undergoing some renovations, so at times during the day there were construction sounds, and the smell of fresh paint. I knew in advance, but if you plan to hang out in your room the day that painting is nearby, have a plan B. Like I said, it wasn't a surprise, just something to be aware of during ongoing renovations.

The rooms are interesting, and cozy. The location in the Zona Rosa is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is available around the clock and offers breakfast from the menu or a buffet. The food is very good. This hotel is my GO TO when I stay in Mexico City, and I am never disappointed.

The pool was unfortunately closed during my stay. The hotel is showing its age. The wifi couldn't support loading Youtube videos.

Unbeatable location, everything is within walking distance. Room was a good size, loved having a balcony.

If I had to be picky, The bathroom was a bit dated and you could not re-direct the scree to another angel and it was a bit small.

The elevator and when we wanted to visit the pool at night the 21st floor was with all the lights turned off, kinda scary, we came back to the room.

The hotel is old but well preserved and clean. The bed sheets had some dirty spots and inmediatly when reported they changed it to new ones. The staff is great,

Quite noisy, could hear a lot from the roads even though it was noise from roads further down other streets. Its not the best to stay if you want some rest due to the busy noise. Was nice to be able to hang at the pool but didnt seem the cleanest

It had a swimming pool and queen beds. Pool was not busy but only had 2 sunbeds - so we were lucky Nice people working at the restaurant

Free wifi was too weak, so I had to use my own data. Furniture and other room condition is not bad but look old. Many times the elevator was out of service and it made me nervous whenever I took it.

Breakfast was so good and the staff was really nice. They serve the best. There's balcony in every room, so it's good to see the city view from there. And the location is wonderful.

Elevators took long, but we were notified. Prior to our stay that not all the elevators were working.

The staff was super friendly period period it was very Central to almost everything we felt safe in the area. And it was exactly what we needed since we were not gonna be spending much time in the room we were there to See the city

The room was very cold and noisy. It really seemed that there were no windows. The property needs a lot of repairing. You had to be careful to close hardly the faucets in the sink otherwise the water would leak. Only one elevator was working so we had to wait longer to go downstairs, specially because there are no stairs available for guests. For the price, it requires a lot of improving.

The bathtub was amazing, TVs offered Netflix and we had bottles of water every day. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Also the location is perfect to take a walk to the Angel of Independence and around reforma.
