The hotel advertised free shuttle but charged us 40 US dollars because our flight was late in and arrived after nine. The hotel is very close to airport and I thought this was an unfair price.

We were given a room in the first floor, meaning we had to hear a bit of the people checking in or out when they were loud. Also, I think they had no soundproofing or not enough since I heard footsteps sometimes from the second floor. The shower glass doors were kind of loose and they seemed dangerous. There was a leakage coming out of the shower 🚿 since the doors did not close tightly. They said we had free hotel to airport shuttle before 8am but we got the breakfast at 7am and the shuttle driver said we had only 10 mins for breakfast. I think this is very rude of them.

When I arrived I was told there was no hot water and I asked for a discount I was told I could receive a discount if I was willing to cancel my original reservation. Of course I could not do that I would’ve been paying a penalty, Staff would not offer discount so I will dispute.

Like most hotels, so hard to find hot water for a shower! I did not mind. Your body is warm from the climate already and the water comes from water tanks. So its a little warm, not really cold like at home. Parking is underground, be careful! Entry to parking is very narrow. I decided to park on the side of the hotel with there permission.

Hotel is close and easy -access to Cancun airport. Subway and gas station really close as well! Simple room and quiet. Great for someone needing a basic room close to the airport who has an early flight the next day. They have free shuttle rides to the airport every hour during the day. They also include complimentary morning breakfast. Basic scrambled eggs, Chorizo , toast, yogurt, cereal. Refreshments are coffee, milk & juice. Remember this a basic hotel! No resort like amenities. You will be fine.

No restaurant. Expensive for a place that has no restaurant or bar. Very threadbare and basic for the price. To give a comparison - for 80 USD a night in CDMX i had room service and there was a restaurant downstairs and a spa so honestly I would cut the price by half it was so …blah. It was boring. The desk was old and the internet was terrible.

The bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The room smelt like a sewer. The smell came from the outside of the building but still it is uncomfortable. The quality of the breakfast was poor. Everything looked old and worn down. Price is really high for the quality provided.

1. Underground parking proved challenging with difficulty entering and exiting, resulting in scratches on our rental car; cramped spaces and an unclean environment added to the inconvenience. 2. Disappointed by the lack of water pressure in the shower when using hot water, a basic amenity that fell short of expectations. 3. Frustrated with unreliable and patchy WiFi, hindering a seamless online experience during the stay.

Stayed one night due to proximity to the airport for an early morning flight. Smooth check-in and check-out, comfortable room with a decent-sized bed. Although complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle were available, I didn't utilize these facilities.

Some stole the bag of a person (foreigner) from the dining room. The guy lost his money and passport. there are many CCTV cameras but non of the work. It's quite odd to get something stolen when there are many cameras around. My bedroom smelled cigarette. I told the receptionist and he quindly gave the then option to change room. I stayed in the room as I was there just a night.

Confy bed. Breakfast was not too bad. Cleaning and kitchen staff are very amicable and kind.

Our room was close to the front desk and the noise level was horrible. There was a kid screaming and running around the lobby. The hotel description said they provide shuttle service to the airport. It turned out they only provide shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For the short taxi ride it was 500 pesos.

The location was very close to the airport. The hotel was in waling distance to Subway, Burger King, and a convenient store
