Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America1-The room air was moldy & didn’t change the entire stay. 2- Looking for a bed with shade was very stressful and it defeated the whole relaxation process. There weren’t enough beds for the guests. So, many guests claimed the beds the night before by putting a towel or personal item on them. I wasn’t able to finds beds even at 7am. The hotel can simply solve this issue by having an online hourly booking system or just add more beds.
Staff were very attentive & friendly. Excellent service.

Czech RepublicThe second night of our stay started raining into our room on our bed at 3am. They changed our room immediately but the AC didn't really work in the new room. First it was freezing in the room and they didn't know how to fix it so they told us to turn it off which wasn't a solution because the room became super humid and all of our stuff was kind of wet. They never fixed the AC so for the rest of the stay the temperature was stuck at 22 and super humid.
The food was perfect!! Our favorite restaurant for lunch was cevicheria and the Thai restaurant for dinner. I was one of the best Thai foods we ever had!!! The breakfast had so many options but after 5 days we didn't know what to get because it was same every day. The bar has a huge selection of branded alcohol and the bartenders prepared everything we asked for.

RomaniaBasically, anything that's NOT included, costs a fortune. You shouldn't need much (unless you want to go the extra mile of course), but since we were on a longer trip, we had to do laundry. They charged us around 50 USD for a simple load of laundry which I thought was absolutely absurd. So make sure you pack enough stuff, or do your laundry at your next destination. One other issue - the beer taps are clearly not properly maintained / cleaned. The beer smells and tastes bad most of the time.
What a place. Gotta be honest, after reading the reviews I was a little bit skeptical, but we've had no issues or whatever here. We visited in February, so not during the full season. We could always find chairs until about 11AM, and we got restaurant reservations sorted for each night. The pool bar is a dream, the staff is amazing, and the entertainment team are really fun (also for childless couples like us, we've had a great time). Food was really good pretty much everywhere, with the cevicheria being our favorite spot. Drinks were good, not too watered down or sugary. We've also met a lot of lovely people and made some friends. Couldn't have asked for a better stay - I'd return in a heartbeat.

GermanyI hated the part that the hotel allows to block the sun beds with towels. So most people started blocking sun beds with towels, books and Cremes at 6 am. By 9 o’clock all sun beds are taken, even on the beach. And most people aren’t even on the sun beds for hours or only appear there in the afternoon. In our opinion this should be handled different by the hotel. We saw people fighting over the sun beds and that’s kinda ridiculous. Another thing was that music was pretty loud, also there would be aerobic on the beach with one type of music, then pool area with another type of music and then from another count Third type of music, so it was simply very loud and quite noisy.
We loved the room. It was very clean and spacious and comfortable. The buffet changed every day, so there was always something new offered. The pool area was great. The stuff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had an issue in our room, they took care of it in the same minute as we mentioned it at the reception.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant reservation system is user unfriendly. We were lucky to find an employee who helped us with the reservations, otherwise we never would have been able to eat at the Mexican or the Italian restaurants! We tried to hang out in the bar before dinner, but the acoustics in there were so bad, we had to step outside to enjoy our drinks.
The Fiesta Americana food was just as delicious as we expected! We ate at the Mexican, Italian, and buffet restaurants. The Italian restaurant was the best though. They have the best Caesar salad, minestrone soup, and raviolis. Forgot to mention the Cevichera where the shrimp tacos are cooked perfectly and their chipotle salsa has just the perfect amount of "kick". The swimming pools are huge with plenty of lounge chairs and always food and drinks nearby. We were here in January so the beach waves were a little too strong for our taste. Finally, the rooms and beds are very comfortable. It just took a bit to figure out how to adjust the room temperature, after that the room was perfect.

AustraliaIt was difficult to book a restaurant for dinner. We had to have the buffet both nights. Although it was great, we were very much looking forward to a couple of the restaurants.
Firstly, the staff were all absolutely amazing. We had spent 3 weeks in Mexico, and our interactions with almost everyone was very unenthusiastic. The second we arrived at this resort, every single interaction was just lovely. We came here to chill for 2 days before heading back to Australia and we were not disappointed (except for some less than perfect weather). The facilities were fantastic. The food options were great.

United States of AmericaOnly negative thing I can say is, 1 shoe was missing (which i think it was accidently picked up with towels & my chain went missing. I searched everywhere including my jewelry box. I went to the front desk, they advised me that they had to go back to the room with me to search. When we arrived- room service already cleaned the room & when we walked in the missing shoe was there and when the staff searched my stuff the chain surprisedly appeared in my jewelry box. They had me looking crazy, but when I tell you they sent a blast message or something out & advised whomever took the chain and accidently took the (1) shoe, return it it immediately, that's what they did! Not a good feeling, knowing someone took these items out, but I'm Happy they returned them. TY

United States of AmericaThe room was very spartan…not enough lighting. There was no desk lamp near the bed. Most of the electrical outlets were unusable because they were too loose to hold a plug. We had to get an extension cord. Sea tower on 6th floor Ocean Front room was kinda noisy as the activities in the lobby area echoed quite a bit until near midnight. Rooms are not soundproof.
Beautiful pools and nice beach area.

United States of AmericaThe floor in the pool area and some places in the lobby was way too slippery, I almost fall down a couple of times, my husband fell down once and we saw another old woman hurting her elbow for the same reason. we couldn't leave our 2 year old daughter walk alone on those areas because simply she couldn't. Something should be done about it. Except for that, the rest was great!
Everything, the quality of the food and many different types of restaurants available, amazing swimming pool, nice staff 24/7 available, just 20 min away from the airport, the beach area was nice too.
