The rooms are little old and don’t give feel of 5 star property.

Good location , good breakfast, excellent staff. The exterior was of hotel is really good. Lots of shops in the ground floor.

Huge, modern hotel above a shopping centre? It sounds awful but it really is very good. Great location. Spacious room. Really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent room servicing. Good shower. Nicely furnished if a little old fashioned. Quiet, clean, safe. Pool great - decent size, good temperature, comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely recommend.

There is a lot of noise in the building. Had my room changed to a higher floor but it didn’t help so much.

Big hotel and shopping mall in the best location of America, close to everything. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Not a problem with the hotel, but I was surprised to hear the birds chirping after sunset and early in the morning. From the second day onwards, the chirping of birds began to sound like a lullaby.

We had a wonderful 3 days in Mérida thanks to the great concierge service. Thank you very much Ms Diana.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but I also didn’t try hard enough because I was out and about enjoying the city.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room wasn’t super quiet because of its location, but it didn’t really affect me much. I had a great stay.

Lobby bar-restaurant had a poor wine selection and an ill-informed staff in respect of prices and varieties.

Friendly staff at the front counter and helpful bellmen. Room was spacious, clean and well-furnished. Huge breakfast buffet spread. Strong internet. Good concierge service.

I would have liked to have had real milk available for morning coffee on the Fiesta Rewards Floor. Perhaps a little more snack selection.

Staff were definitely hit and miss, Fantastically friendly in the concierge and yet in the Club Lounge - the staff were mixed. One staff member was particularly rude. Not only to us but to others there that same night. We ended up talking to some of the other guest who expressed how disappointed they were also in the lack of service in the Club Lounge.

Location to Paseo de Montejo is fabulous. Close to loads of restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. And still walkable to Centro. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and AC works well (a must in this part of the world)

Safe was locked. couldn't use it. reported it but they never came. toilet seat too small for size of WC. A detail that should not occur in a 4 star hotel.

Included breakfast in the lounge only (not in the main breakfast) and has a very limited choice. Lounge staff was not friendly in the morning. 150 MXN extra if you want plain scramble eggs.

Comfortable room, evening service in the lounge. The manager of the restaurants was very friendly and help us to get vegetarian breakfast.

Fiesta Club could use some love - lacking snacks and beverages. We spent some time at the pool (which could use some renovations) and wanted to order some food, but there was a single waiter who said would come back, but never did.

Staff was very welcoming and check-in was smooth and easy; we got earlier that expected and they were able to acomodate us. Beds are very comfortable and room was very clean. Location is good. Would stay here again.

Showing its age, the pool in particular was in need of some renovation and other than the reception staff, very little English was spoken.
