Nothing negative I can think of about the hotel or property

Everything you need all in one place. Exceptionally clean and updated. Staff was very kind and helpful, we even had an accident where our grandson fell and required stitches in his chin and that was assessed quickly by medical professional on site and dr do I’d stitches in their room. Unbelievable! Restaurants served great food and meals for our group of 11 were easy.

We did have a damp smelling sofa in the room when we checked in, but staff went above and beyond, and were kind enough to change the whole sofa. Excellent customer centric service.

The balcony was quite small.

The location was great. Easy to walk to shopping and right on the beautiful beach. Very grateful for the staff- they were all incredibly friendly and worked so hard! The size is great with easy access to everything.

Nothing really to complain about, more music by the adult pool, and craft beer, get some craft beer on site!

The property is very clean, just beautiful, for families, not partying but you still have fun, locations is excellent, we will be back

The noise the AC made it impossible to sleep the entire night. There are only two restaurants. The others are always packed and even though there is no reservation needed you have to get there before they open so you can get in. The pool is very small for a big hotel. People take the chairs early morning and they don’t use them until the afternoon. So you end up with no chair.

Bedrooms are spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable.

Amazing breakfast buffet! Very friendly staff and great entertainment.

I got sick because of the food.

Food is good but not great. Pool is very small for such a big hotel. We were in a ‘beach view’ room but were in a very dark and shady area of the hotel.

Beautiful beach area. Gym is well equipped and has air conditioning. Not busy except before breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee shop was good.

Some of the restaurants had long wait times in the evenings, but overall not much to complain about. Rooms and bathrooms need updating.

Wonderful location, our room was on the adult only side of the resort, very quiet, overlooking the beach, with beautiful views of the sunrise. Plenty of delicious food options, staff was very polite and accommodating. Used the services of local travel agent on the premises to book a day trip, which was fantastic!

Good location, staff were amazing. Loved the VIP room for chilling in the evening.

Breakfast was OK but the omlette station is too slow. It needs at least two people. The girl was dong great but could not support that many people. The entry key and towels should be linked to the wrist band. It is hard to carry the card.

The beach is great. The staff, particularly at the pool (Alexia and Benzi) is great. The dinner was also good at all restaurants. The 24 h cafe was also very helpful.

I keep coming here for the delicious food and incredibly courteous staff. They always ask if you're traveling for a special occasion and will add a celebratory banner on your door along with balloons in your room. Also, the beds and pillows are amazing! I was well rested my entire trip.

Sometimes room housekeeper services are a little bit late. The indoor area and halls are hot due to open doors to outside. It would be nicer if the indoor area kept cool during humid hot days!

Excellent service, staff is very welcoming, resort is beautiful, variety of delicious food and clean beach. I need to visit again!

Pools are not very big and some days there was a yellow residue forming around the edge of the pool tiles

The resort was excellent! It was very clean. Food was perfect. The staff were friendly.

Short summary: PLUS: location, very friendly staff, great food, great room service, very clean MINUS: not enough sunchairs during the day, we have a room near reception and few days it was noisy until 10/11 PM. One day even until midnight OVERALL 8.7 out of 10

Pool is very small for all the people there.
