The pool area smelled like vomit and feces pretty much the whole time. The service staff at the bars were rude. The drink menu was limited. Room service did not provide enough clean towels or waters in the mini fridge. The all-inclusive deals were not applicable to the entire resort, so we would arrive to a restaurant or a store and discover that we did not have access to it or we had to pay for it.

Food was good, the party activities were also a good time. The location was a good spot to get access to downtown without being caught in the traffic and crowds.

It’s impossible to get seated in the restaurants during the weekend. The food itself is just not good. Enormous amount of drunk spring breakers who are damaging everything around them. The rooms are not that clean. We had to pay extra insurance because we’re in the “spring breakers” age group, which was not mentioned on the booking.

Very big hotel with a nice beach, good location. The rooms are okay.

It was an all inclusive hotel but trying to get a drink here was very difficult. There are not enough staff serving at these bars and the drinks were terrible quality. I tried both spirits and beer and it was not nice. It got to the point I just decided to use the bars where I had to pay to get a drink as it was better quality in there. It does defeat the point of an all inclusive hotel though. The restaurants as well that were included in the all inclusive was not great either. The buffet was ok for all 3 meals and the steak place was probably the pick of the restaurants. Apart from that, the food also was not great. Also the queues for the outdoor food spots were very long. More staff needed to speed the process up. There should have been a bit more variety as well in my opinion on the food available. If the pool could be cleaned more frequently as well. There were cups in the pool which was not nice. No late night drink option at the hotel. Everything closes at 12am.

I liked the staff at the hotel. They were very helpful. The reps helped a lot when we were trying to plan our club nights out. Ande in particular for us helped organise each night for us with ease. The concierge helped organise anything we needed at the hotel. All the staff were generally very helpful. The only issue I had in that sense was when I tried to return a t shirt for a larger size and they would not allow it even though I just bought it. I thought this was very harsh. The location is good. 10 min cab drive from the main strip of clubs. The pool is very big. Very nice to chill there during the day. Beach just on your doorstep as well which was nice to see during the day. The cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped clean our rooms each day with fresh towels. That was greatly appreciated!

The place had a timeshare business model that felt pressured. Limited dining options for all inclusive, and a tier system so everything wasn’t Accessible from our level of “all inclusive”

Huge lines (20 minutes+) to get any drink. They have special lines so you can get quicker drinks if you pay the waiters extra - making the "all inclusive" line even slower. Their nightclub (Coyote) is closed making you have to go out and spend more money outside if you wanna party after midnight. In general there's better options out there if you like good services or actually enjoy your time. Also, my fridge in my room wasn't filled once during the 4 nights I was there despite me asking the workers about it.

Definitely it's the cathedral if you wanna live the spring break experience

The room facilities are quite outdated, with uncomfortable beds and pillows. Room cleaning is subpar. The major downside is the insufficient number of sunbeds both at the beach and by the pool; they are critically limited, requiring early morning rising to secure one if you don't want to end up on the grass.

The hotel has a very convenient location with a beautiful beach, incredible water color, and huge waves. There are safe areas for swimming. The hotel boasts a vast green area where numerous birds roam, including peacocks on our balcony. There's a nearby bus stop for easy access to various places. The extensive territory might be a drawback for some due to the need for considerable walking. The overall dining experience is decent with a variety of choices.

Staff is not happy to see you. Requested early check in 4 times. Arrived 9am didn’t get any of our 3 rooms until almost 4pm (booking says 3pm) We knew ready the reviews the rooms wouldn’t be that great, but the struggles were- key cards constantly had to be reset during our stay by standing in line- some days they refused to give us anything for the mini fridge- except water- we don’t drink alcohol & the most soda they would give was 1-2 cans a day for the room. There was no safe which made it difficult having cash and passports to carry around everyday. One room the the shower leaked out of the bottom so we they used the shower in our other room. No pool side servers for drinks (drink selections were good though) some bars didn’t have blenders. One room had a blanket the rest had sheets only and we were told they had no more blankets. Tennis is $40 for 2 rackets & balls. No daytime activities by the pool to entertain families. Buffet Food lines- slowest I’ve ever seen. Odd things missing in different rooms- one room missing and ice bucket the other a patio chair.

The resort has absolutely Beautiful grounds. Ocean was beautiful and safe. Beds were comfortable- linen and towels clean- loved the food courts by the pool- great selection and quick to grab lunch. Hammocks everywhere. Shows were fantastic but were always after dinner hour(shows were 30 min-1hour)

The food wasn’t good and the variety was limited. The staff were not welcoming or friendly. The price of the hotel was high and the entertainment and culture was mainly geared towards Hispanic culture

The lobby area was breath taking. The beach was great as well.

Nice hotel but wouldn't stay there again at Xmas time

Hotel too large and packed to capacity, which meant it was very noisy at Xmas time! The bedroom doors were too thin and needed better sound proofing as we could hear everything in the hallway at all hours. After heavy rain we had a large puddle of water in our bedroom - which we soaked up with bath towels. Needed better management of sun loungers by the pool. Guests were reserving them by leaving their belongings all day which wasn't fair for people who actually wanted to use.

Pool, beach and garden areas were amazing and well maintained. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Quality of food was good. We loved Maki Taco

We stayed for three nights and didn’t have our room cleaned once. We requested on the app to have it cleaned but in the end I had to call reception to ask for a cleaner to bring fresh towels. Our room had a joining door to the next room which wasn’t very secure and we had to put a towel at the bottom of it to block their light. You could hear everything so we had to keep our tv on to drown them out.

The staff are brilliant and work so hard. The food is delicious. The rooms are spacious and decent bathroom. We loved the adult only pool party area. There was also free secure parking.
