They need to update their electrical system, since the plugs did not work, in my room only 1 worked, also the cafeteria staff, I requested butter and jam on several occasions and they had a bad attitude to provide it,

Personally it wasn't value for money. The staff were exceptional, they go above and beyond. But the room wasn't value for money, it was clean, but for that amount of money I did expect it to be a little more.

Place is outdated. Understand that owners might want to keep the antique style but something can be updated for example: mattresses, bathroom hardware and most importantly electrical system. The elevator was down when I checked out.

Location, I've traveled frequently to CDMX and stay around the area most of the time due to proximity to Centro Historico and the night life of Zona Rosa and surrounding neighborhoods.

No fridge Included in the price breakfast - some fruit and a tiny sandwich. You can get a buffet for $10, but the food did not taste good, very low quality. Deserts looked beautiful, but weren’t tasty

The breakfast is just toast, some fruits, a juice and coffee. The breakfast could have been better. The receptionist didn't speak English but we used Google translate to communicate with eachother.

The hotel was a heritage building. It had winding Cinderella stairs and chandeliers and statues. It made me feel I traveled back in time and loved it. The size of the room was good. The location was walking distance from Historic district and the iconic Angel.

The bed was very hard and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Also, the instructions on the, "breakfast included," were not very clear. Only a plate of fruit, toast and coffee are included, but nowhere did it say this so we helped ourselves to the hot buffet, only to be told that it would cost us $500 MXN.

The location was great and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The room was a good size and the worth the price we payed.

While the public areas have been remodeled over time and are very nice, the outdated standard rooms in desperate need of refurbishing as the beds are more like concrete slabs, However the staff was wonderful about upgrading our room to more comfortable accommodations!

The windows where thin and because of that was laud at night. The shower flow was very weak. The towels and bed sheets where clean but extremely old. The continental breakfast was a bit poor, cold toast and non fresh juice.

The staff was very kinda and helped us with everything. The location was great with space for taxi to park. The fruits from the breakfast where nice and a good portion.

The Breakfast included is just fruit and toast and you have to pay for other things which is still better than nothing. I thought the towels had seen the end of their life and also the water pressure and temperature in the shower could have been much better.
