towels are old and tearing up I requested an extra night and the employees mentioned they didn't have any room left, but next day i heard them telling other clients they did have rooms, but only if they stayed 2 nights.

The towls and bed sheets where very old. I think maybe they could have had a little bit more options for the buffet menu. The pool was not open everyday which was strange. But over all a cheap good option to choose for a couple of days.

The place over all was a good place. Bed was confortable and the pool area is big. Food was algo good and staff was very polite.

The furniture needs some maintenance, but overall it is very good and the pool water on this occasion was a little cloudy, but considering that there was north, I guess it is a bit of sand that the wind carries, another point of improvement is the pool bathroom that had no light and no switch and the curtains were a little small, they did not cover the entire window of the bedroom.

The hotel has a very good location, on the Boca del Río boardwalk, near the aquarium and very close to the beach. If you don't have a car, they make it easy to call a taxi and they also support you with tourist information, if you have a car, they have valet parking service, there is a restaurant inside, which has a very good meat and seafood buffet on weekends and also there is a buffet breakfast, the hotel have pool with a little bar, gym, spa and other amenities. All the staff were really kind and always attentive.

I requested a room with a bathtub 🛁 3 xs when i booked, i have been rehabbing my apartment, had very sore muscles,body aches my bathtub has not been installed thats was the whole purpose of booking this hotel! I get to the hotel they give me a room shower only, go back down explain to them i stated very clearly i made 3 different request for a bathtub, their site said they had them! I would like a room with a tub, 30 mins later they bring me to a room with a tub, i start the water to take my first soak, no hot water, only tepid water, i got in anyway! Same thing for 2 days, i started heating water in my coffee pot to have a little heat in my bath, to ease my aches! This morning my last day, well surprise water was slightly warmer but still had to use 2 coffee pots of hot water to get a warm bath!!!! It was a terrible experience for me, because i booked that hotel for one reason, a nice hot bath to ease body aches & sore muscles! Only good thing was their breakfast buffet! We had 26 mph winds non stop, couldn't walk over to the beach, to cold and windy! Very disappointed and dissatisfied, should have asked for a refund, didn't want the hassel!

The internet connection, the facilities for disabled people and the staff's attention. I went there hoping the best and it was an unpleasant stay. The hotel is old, the rooms don't have hair dryer, the internet connection sucks and when you take a shower the whole floor gets wet. I had a knee surgery during my stay and that was really dangerous.

The room was run down an beat up. The bathroom had a mostly nice tile job that was offset by some inexplicable choices like breaking up the tile pattern in an ugly manner and the tub/shower rim being designed to collect and not drain water. The good beaches are far away, and the area seems deserted in the later evening. We left early and that wasn't entirely the fault of the hotel, the heat was oppressive and the city was boring.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is very close to the malecon. I can't say I saw any bugs inside, so that was a pleasant surprise given the overall look and feel. For such a boring place there is an astounding concentration of beautiful women in Veracruz.

There were no accessibility adaptations: bathroom had a high bathtub, with no mat, and no handle for elderly people. Two of our family members were unable to use the shower due to this.

Ms. GUADALUPE IS EXCELLENT!! Hotel Lois is a full service hotel and its entire staff is very attentive. Excellent location. Very good for families. Across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. The restaurant has good, reasonably priced breakfast and supper buffets. The lobby and common areas are cleaned daily. Onsite covered parking.

The rooms was not what I expectet they where different . and the elevator and lobby strong cigarette smell. kids complained every time we walk by )pool was okay price to much for this place. if you smoke it's okay but for family not recommended 😕
