We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDidn’t love the bathroom situation. It was open air and single sink. Pool situation was a bit deceiving but we grew to enjoy their set up.
Loved that it wasn’t one of those massive resorts that takes 30 minutes to get from A to B. Also if never felt crowded. Staff was lovely. Spa was GREAT!

United States of AmericaAll amenities and food on the property were incredibly expensive. Luckily - the property is in town so we could leave the hotel to eat. Staff was also fairly cold, dismissive and we felt ignored with extended wait times when attempting to speak to the concierge and front desk.
Absolutely loved the beautiful architecture, pools and beach. We loved our room with a shaded day bed on an open deck.

Real pet friendly! We felt so welcome. So many hotels call themselves pet friendly but the pet can only stay in the room which is not worth. Viceroy offers 5 star services and pay attention to detail. Staff super friendly. Housekeeping is really professional, come twice a day.

Everything was AMAZING. Booking with the concierge definitely made the experience even better. I was picked up by a vehicle marked with "Viceroy" so I felt comfortable knowing I was in the right vehicle. I was welcomed with a cold towel to wipe my hands. I had some time to kill before my room was ready, so I decided to head down to one of the restaurants. The view was perfect, the food was great and the drinks were top tier!

The design and layout of the hotel feels like a true 5 star experience! The management/service went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Also, the property is only a 5 min Uber drive away from downtown San José del Cabo, so going out to eat and explore was easy! Would definitely stay again!
