CanadaWe realize that it was spring break but the NOISE from a pack of young men (15+) was unreasonable! They were screaming at each other, and up into the wee small hours of the morning. It took several phone calls to the front desk, and it still didn’t get any better. The property offered to move us to another property, but why should we have to move when it’s up to a property to manage its guests?! We could smell smoke even though the property is non-smoking and I could barely talk for our 3 day stay, suffering with bad asthma. When we went to drive out of the parking lot in our rental car, we were majorly questioned because they took our wristbands, and didn’t give us an exit slip. It made us feel bad about our final exit from the property.
The location and the property was awesome! The sky bar, with amazing views of Cabo San Lucas, was the highlight of our experience! It was convenient to have a Walmart within walking distance.

Canada- when you turned on the bathtub water an orange/brown liquid came out but quickly went away. - Musty smell in room - People do put items on daybeds hours before they intend to use them. One guy even accused me of taking his spot and asked me to get him another towel (ew, who would take a strangers towel)…. So I advise to do the same if you want a pool day. - I don’t like that they give you a wristband as a key if your non-all-inclusive. It was uncomfortable and got in food when I tried to eat.
- The pool area is very nice and clean - The room was huge and also quiet as I requested (best room views probably aren’t as quiet) - Location is amazing - Staff were wonderful - I didn’t feel hounded by sales guys as others stated. They brought me a pina colada when I arrived 😊 - I wasn’t all-inclusive and ordered a coffee from the pool bar in the am and it was really good and made me happy as the last resort only had coffee if you waited in the buffet line for a long time. - I was on edge with getting scammed or treated bad based on other reviews but none of that happened, my deposit was returned. I have 0 complaints or signs of that on my visit. - The photos looked like the property.

AustraliaThe hotel is located in a great area, however, as it is right on the marina so you have a lot of noise at night. Be aware that the music/partying goes on until 3 - 3:30am every night so bring earplugs if you are not intending to join the partying every night! We were approached on arrival by a lady who we thought was check-in staff. It turned out to be a person selling realestate at this hotels sister site (we believe). We were told that our hotel was providing us with a free breakfast on arrival. This was not true....it was to take us to the other hotel to try and sell us property. This is fine if you are looking to buy property but it is dishonest not to tell people upfront that your dont work for Marina Fiesta and that the offer is not actually for a complimentary breakfast at the Marina Fiesta hotel. A very disappointing start on arrival but after this was cleared up we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Just be aware of the people sitting at desks in the foyer of this hotel......most of them do not work for the Marina Fiesta...they are real estate sellers on commission.
The pool area and the balcony in our room were lovely. The view from the balcony to the Marina was enjoyable. The hotel is located right on the marina and close to shops and supermarket. The hotel offers tours and we suggest that you use them to book tours as they offer very good prices.

United KingdomThe location is very central to Cabo San Lucas, but since it is in the Marina, it could feel a bit claustrophobic, compared to some resorts by the beach. However, I definitely recommend it. I chose not to take advantage of the all-inclusive option as i wanted to explore more places in town.

United States of AmericaAfter our stay, we were later charged for the water bottles that were in our room fridge and we thought those were complimentary. It would have been good to know ahead that those were extra. We were not happy that we paid $3 per bottle as that adds up quickly.

AustraliaBeds are a little high off the ground. This place was a little quiet for my teenage kids - not sure if this was due to the time of year or this particular location. Obviously this is ok if you like quiet.
The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great as had everything you needed and they were able to give us a kettle on request. Bathroom was nice and big. There was great security at the front and back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the marina and nice cocktails at the pool. Close walking distance to marina for tours, restaurants and shops (ie large grocery store)to buy food. Bit more of a walk to El Medano beach - flat walk along the marina).
