Bathrooms are very outdated

Hotel looks just like the pictures. No surprises. Hotel is clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Front desk check in was easy and very pleasant.

Buffet breakfast was included but it was okay, nothing special. Some breakfast staples like toast and bacon weren't provided. Room had a kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave) but no cutlery or dishes which was unusual. On check-in the attendant didn't advise that my room was in the third tower - hard to find room whilst carrying lots of bags. Long walk to hotel lobby.

Right on the beach. Nice pool area. Big room with big bed. Bell boy was very helpful on check out who came and helped me transport my bags to checkout and was very friendly. Kept an eye out on my transport.

The noise near of the facility and the drinks in all inclusive is not good. I had bear, wine and sprinkle wine (was good).

The proximity to the clubs makes it hard to sleep at night. Every night woken up to what I thought was gunfire but I think was some form of fireworks? Really hard to sleep.

The accessibility to the beach, the cabanas, the location to town is great for a younger crowd that wants to party or people who don’t want to live and breath resort food/activities their entire stay

The room was not as advertised. First, I was given two beds when I requested a king. When moved to a new room the bathroom door wouldn’t closed unless you forced it shut.

The walls are paper thin and could hear people in other rooms talk all the time. Somehow the bed was shaking every 5 mins or so. I thought it was an earthquake and called reception but there aren’t any in the region. No idea what caused it but unpleasant at night when trying to sleep.

The water in the sinks and toilet was brown, the bed didn’t seem like a queen. The shower water was cold and the walls were very thin, the couple staying to the right of us woke me up at 2:30am from talking so loud on the phone. Literally heard his whole conversation.

Lovely staff, amazing beach and location for evening walks and nightlife. The beach was always clean and not crowded. Food was great with many options.

Staff was horrendous. Couldn’t get service. Could never get anyone to come to the room. No one around at the pools or beach. I’d track the staff down to get a drink. Even than I didn’t get service. Most the time I was ignored. Don’t go for food and drinks. Bring your own and enjoy the beach.

Decent price for having ocean front. I was satisfied with this hotel in terms of the resort feel being on the ocean for its price.

I don't like that if you are not all-inclusive you have to pay for every single drink every time instead of scanning the bracelet for it to be charged to the room. The wait staff can't take cash. It is just inconvenient. Beds were hard. Facilities were clean.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Loved the balcony and ocean view.

There were lack of towels on swiming pool for hotel guests,swimming pool for small children was not cleaned every day. Also they could have 1 reception more and extra staff just for receiving guests as it is huge complex and waiting time to check in or check out is too long.

Water had black stuff in it, like dirt or rust. When you would turn it on would shoot out of the sink. Not terrible but noticeable. Bar closed at 1030. No entertainment after that either.
