We didn't really enjoy the evening entertainment but there were many people who did attend. The music around the pool was sometimes loud and annoying. There isn't much around the area to do, so it's better set up for people who want to relax and stay around the hotel.

We had a balcony room which was very comfortable and clean. The food was very good and varied; everything was well prepared and the service everywhere was excellent. The lounge and bar service was really excellent. They kept a high energy and spirit of positivity around the pool with music and zumba. The hotel is located on the best part of the beach. The sand is fine and soft with no rocks.

The breakfast and dinner main buffet meals were only adequate at best and the buffet seating was uncomfortable in some seatings. There was always a good enough variety though.

The room was very comfortable, and the balcony view was terrific. The bathroom and shower were modern and spacious. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool with great service and entertainment staff. The Ala Carte restaurants were good. Buffet lunch at the Mexican was always very good, especially the soups!

One of the main restaurants is encased by glass windows and is extremely noisy as a result. Remove the windows or make them so they slide open. Also show a little more flexibility to guests at checkout. Allow them to have a light lunch before their departure as most flights don’t leave until late afternoon.

The location and beach. It is a well maintained property that offers good amenities and a nice assortment of food. The pool and entertainment staff were wonderful, the bar and drinks satisfying. Your staff are wonderful, never saw a grumpy person.

Some restaurants require a dress code which is totally understandable but was never communicated when we made the reservation. Wish there was a hot tub for non royal members. Had some issues with our AC but it was promptly taken care of by staff. Wish the pool staff could serve guests when they’re on the lounge chairs by the beach

The room had so much mould from through the bathroom to the bedroom area. It was very uncomfortable. It stunk out the whole room. I was only there for the late afternoon/night and leaving in the morning, otherwise I’d have complained or left.

Facilities were great. Staff kind and helpful. I had a mixup with my booking sage (accidentally booked a night earlier) and they fixed it up without fee or problem. Food was good and helped with veggie options. Right on the beach.

We didn’t like the Mariachi buffet, we didn’t get house keeping everyday, we had to ask for toilet paper, we had to make reservations for restaurants and they couldn’t accommodate us because we were 6, lights went out, AC wasn’t cold enough.

It was by the beach, some restaurants were pretty good, waiters and waitresses were very polite, and friendly.

Supposed to be a non-smoking property…it was NOT. Woke up to cigarette smoke coming through vents every morning. Around the pool, people would hide ashtrays or paper cups under their chairs. Management was alerted, and nothing was done. Lounge chairs around pool could definitely be better and cleaner. Pool deck area was not really cleaned at night (lime slices, pistachio shells were laying around in the mornings).The gym was not clean. The equipment was adequate, but layers of thick dust on treadmills, towels were often absent, water machine was broken. The staff were extremely hard working and polite. The food was so-so. There could definitely be more atmosphere at night. The nightly shows were very amateur.

Buffet food could have been hotter. Snack bar was advertised. Non existent. Pool rules not being adhered to, difficult to find a pool chair without a towel on it. We noticed many chairs with towels on them not used for over 6 hours. Need to rethink distribution of towels.

We wish the hotel would have given us a heads up about making reservations at the restaurants. It was not ideal waking up and having to wait in line to make a reservation with no guarantee of getting in to eat.

We enjoyed the amenities and the friendly staff. It was a bonus being able to take our covid tests at the hotel to get back home.

Every now and then there was sewer gas smell in the room from the shower drain. There could have been more coffee and water in the room daily, we had to request every day and even then they rarely did it. There was no snack bar to get food outside of the buffets.

Food was very good, service everywhere was friendly and prompt. Bathroom was roomy and shower and water pressure was excellent. Daily activities at the pool and beach were very good.
