staff is limited to resolve customers needs, like room to room calls are not allowed, if you miss putting the tag in the door they will not clean the room; very strict in the check-in time for early show customers,.

This is the first hotel ever where they seem to have a strict policy of not letting guests in the room before 3 pm, doesn't matter of your room is cleaned and ready or not: Thou Shall Wait Until 3! Staff was pretty formal and not very clear in explaining.

The hotel is clean and new, located very centrally in La Paz. Be aware though that La Paz is a big city, so you definitively need a car to move around. Rooms are basic, bathroom is small, but works fine for a short stay. Breakfast is basic as well, but will do. Excellent wifi.

The elevators are really slow and small, but concierge helpfully warned us and told us about the stairs (which we used several times). A lower floor might make things easier.

Good breakfast spread. Walkable to malecón. Easy parking. Nice view of bay from rooms and from rooftop pool.

No refridgerator or coffee maker in the room. No television channels in English. Elevators are really small but clean. Can hear a lot of hall noise in the room. The rooftop pool seemed dirty compared to the beautiful beaches in the area.

Excellent value for price. Easy parking, great location-walked everywhere. Good selections for breakfast which was included in the price of the room. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

There are only 2 elevators in the hotel, and the hotel was full so we had to wait at least 15 minutos to get into one also for everything you needed it was necessary to go in the lobby and get them yourself so it was a 15 min wait to go into the lobby and get new towels. In my room there wasn’t any hair dryer.

They clean very well, and the breakfast is really good.

- Rigid policy: they checked me in at 3pm sharp, not a minute early, even though they mentioned that the room would have been available a bit earlier than that.

- Good location: only a few blocks from the boardwalk - Confortable bed: good, not great - Breakfast included: basic meal, just enough to get you going.
