The accommodation lacked basic amenities. Many crucial elements were absent, and they were highly vital. The accommodation did not have a refrigerator, for example. In the room, I was given a little bottle of water, which was opened and consumed by someone. On the bed, there were dark spots.

Given the amenities and the hotel's location, the room fee was reasonable. The staff was nice and supportive.

The room was really stuffy , no air conditioning. We would open the window to get some fresh air. However, we could not leave window open. It’s too loud outside, even with the window closed we could still hear people’s conversations.

We never saw the advertised restaurant open

The room was very spacious and was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very good value for money. Major bus stop was a block over and super easy to get to the city centre.

There's some street noise as it's on a busy corner. No problem for me but if you're a light sleeper it might bother you.

My room was nice but at first floor just in front of calle Guadalupe a street with a lot of traffic So there was a lot of noise even at early morning: not the best situation to have good sleep.

Big room and clean,good position to visit city center by taking metro bus and reach airport with metro. Fast wifi. One bottle of free water every day and free shampoo. Staff very friendly.

The area is great! it’s safe (didn’t go out at night though), close to the center (many transport options available), lots of delicious food!!! it’s near the Guadeloupe church and in December we saw some carnival walks and celebrations (wich were very interesting for us). it’s a good place, but mostly for adults, as walls are thin and you can here other guests sometimes. The furniture a bit old, sometimes bedsheets have holes (but they are clean). still I can recommend this place for its price because of the great location, personal and cleanliness

Everything fine, like expected for the price. Staff is very helpful I appreciate that a lot. Room was fine and clean enough. Bed a bit hard, but ok. It's nothing fancy, the building is quit old, room is functional. I appreciated the shampoos and soaps and things they provided. Location is very good. The street can be noisy but with closed window no problem.

The hallways were a little noisy from some guest , but it wasn't overbearing. The Sorrounding area is not so populated with tourist .

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and modern . TV with spanish channels , near street food, stores, and they offer all the essentials you may need such as razors, drinks , and other items at the desk for a reasonable price considering you're buying it from a hotel .

For $20 USD a night you can't beat it. Super close to the airport. That's a plus considering traffic in MX City.

No AC or fan. The room gets quite stuffy if you close the window Street outside can be noisy during the day Reception staff need cheering up Wifi ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Hot water didn't work a lot of the time. If you have kids with you make sure you do not let them turn the TV on. When I turned it on it was already tuned into one of hardcore adult channels

The shower didn't have shelves or any other facilities to put shampoo, soap and other stuff. My window went to the busy street, so it was a bit noisy, but not that bad.

The room is quite big, has enough space. It is cleaned every day. The bed is comfy.
