We have stayed here many times. It is clean, quiet and convenient. It's an excellent value and feels like a little home away from home for us. The gardens are gorgeous and we really appreciate the addition of the little pool for cooling off in the afternoon!

Parking spaces are a bit tight but otherwise nothing

Very friendly and helpful host of an eclectic accommodation in Valladolid. Room size was good with a basic but usable kitchenette. Beautiful garden area and fresh coffee and some pastries every morning Good location to the town as well (we were after something that was not right in the heart of town but an easy walk)

Cockerel at early hours, no one’s fault but bring some ear plugs! As other people have said it’s a little out of the main centre but we quite liked that, however we had a buggy and the pavements are a little hit and miss so probably took us longer than everyone else!

Big clean comfortable rooms, cleaned daily. Beautiful quiet garden with hammocks and small pool which is perfect for the end of the day. Jesus was a great host, answered all our questions and sorted taxi’s etc. Opposite a great sandwich shop (Las Tórtolas) Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay, the nice garden, coffee in the morning and the general feel. The main point is the host, Jesús made us feel at home and very welcome. He had recommendations in the city and for tours, also it was great talking to him. He also did wash some of our landary for a small fee. :)

Better WiFi is the only suggestion I have, really.

Really lovely place and great stay. The host, Jesus, was so helpful, friendly, and kind. He told me to ask for anything I needed, but then he went above and beyond to provide things I didn't even think of -- like an umbrella and orange safety jackets for riding the bike after dark. I love that multiple bikes are available for rent! It really is the best way to get around Valladolid. A small breakfast is provided as well. The WiFi in the particular room I was in really only works in the bed, but that was fine, since I was out most of the time sightseeing (I recommend Ek Balam, where you can actually climb the pyramid!) and dining out. The city is safe enough to go out to eat after dark. The room is very spacious, I think good enough for a couple, though I was sola. The tile floor is gorgeous. Great AC and two ceiling fans. The bathroom is very small but the shower pressure is good, the hot water lasts long enough for a good shower, and soap and shampoo are provided. Kitchen is very basic, but I'm sure if you wanted to cook something specific, you could ask Jesus for other kitchen accessories, and he'd let you borrow them. Note that this room is up a flight of stairs. I found it very nice that the closet locks, so I left my laptop and stuff in there when I went out during the day. Cleaning service is available as well. Great stay!

We felt a bit uncomfortable with the area around so we didnt walk back at the evening from the town. But Taxis are quite cheep to drive there (35 pesos).

Lovely decorated hotel with a beautiful garden and spacious rooms including a small kitchen. The host was very nice and you can even rent bikes (although some were a bit challenging to ride). The city center is a 12 minute walk.

everything was magnificent, the property has a very special character with loads of hammocks, garden and decoration inside the room, very clean with towels and soap, will definitely come back 🙂🙂 we got some nice coffee and bread from the local panadería, Jesus is a great host

A little far out from the centre, but that wasn't much of a problem.

Jesus was great, happy to help book taxis and answer questions. The decor all around is beautiful, so much care has gone into it. Room was clean and the little kitchen served us well. Really peaceful location.
