Booking.com accuracy, using my email as my full name was ludicrous and difficult to change. Plus booking.com said property had a $2000 peso cash damage deposit policy WHICH IS NOT TRUE!

Wifi non existent in our room 2709. Beach shorter than expected and shown in pictures. Bar disco needs refreshing and better decoration. Drinks availability needs to be enlarged if you want to get more foreigners

on checking out at 12 you are not allowed to use the facilities at all (fair enough no food etc but just to hang out by the pool?) Not good if you have travel much later in the day. You do have the option of paying for the pool only but out of principle we didn’t as I’ve never known this before in any hotel we stayed at.

We wish there was more actual beach to be on. But over all it was great. The place was not very busy. I think it would be bad if there were a lot of people. Also our toilet broke and we had to ask to get another room. I appreciate the fact that they tried to fix it as fast as they could but it was late and we didn't want to sit around at night while they worked on our toilet

The cockroach situation was definitely something I did not enjoy. The wifi was very unstable and most of the time it didn't work properly (especially in the rooms... in the common areas it worked a bit better). Food was good, but it often was cold and cocktails could have been better.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I liked the facilities a lot, the pool was nice, as well as the beach area. The room was also very nice, huge and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach as soon as I got into the room and that made me nervous the rest of the trip because I really hate bugs (altho there was no other one after that one). The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked like a charm. Very very spacious room. It's in a very remote area (limited cellphone signal) but you have everything you need right there.

The road before the entrance is unpaved (around 200 metres) so you need to go really slow.

Authentic Mexican environment, delicious traditional Yucatán food, excellent service from all the lovely staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was amazing and it had a hammock! It is 25 mins away from progresso and 10 mins away from the archeological site.

The hotel needs major improvements, it's not a five stal resort, and the beach is not what we expected. They need to close the hotel and remodel.

Poor service, really seemed like most employees didn’t care if we were there or not No one ask us if they could help us or get us a drink while at the pool Bar tenders outside had no idea what they were doing We had to stand in line to get poorly made drinks No WiFi Dirty facility, filthy glass, dying plants, walls and railings broken or damaged Music was very loud More children than we expected Low quality food and beverages Room rated 5 star, wouldn’t give it a 1 and it was a suite. Breakfast served at 8am, what a joke Dinner served at 7:30pm, looked a lot like breakfast. Not coffee in the morning until 7:15am 90% of pool and beach chairs broken or very uncomfortable to sit in Bed linens rough and scratchy No chairs in our room just the bed. Price was extremely high! Thought we were getting quality when we made reservation. So disappointed, we tried to make reservations somewhere else. Our time there was a waste. If you are expecting a great experience, don’t look here.

The resort was almost empty and the facility needs several repairs. They had a power outage and the room was too hot. The resort’s offer an all inclusive with buffets during breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offered a la carte menus to save money on the preparation of the food. After breakfast my wife and my self we got sick, assume it was due to the power outage that we got poisoned with food. Out last day was ruined due to the food. Not many choices in the menu, once you get cream and sugar, the server took it away and never brought it back. The resort is on survivor mode. Do not even work the long drive to get there.
