The a/c was not working the night we got there, (it was a battery issue) but was fixed as soon as we reported it. Som areas of the home had not been cleaned thoroughly.

Location was central easy access to tourist attractions.

The light inside the room is insufficient, the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation so it gets wet very easily, the fridge was kinda noisy.

Location is super good. They provide coffee and tea for the coffee machine, facilities are nice.

The rooms did not have the best lighting, but that was a very minor issue. Everything else was great, and I would stay here again!

I liked that we had 24/7 entrance and access to the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, which was nice to come back to after a long day of walking and sight seeing. It was also extremely safe and in a perfect location, close to many restaurants, bars, stores, etc.

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dark. Sometimes the wifi would go out but it always came back on so I consider it a minor inconvenience.

The bed was excellent. The air conditioning worked well considering I was there during the warmer months of late June into early July. It was a very spacious suite. I was located on the first floor and the atmosphere around me was very quiet. It was very easy to get a good night's rest. There are blackout shades on the windows which help if you need to sleep in during the day.

My room was clean, but definitely needs maintenance. Some locks didn't work, TV remote didn't work and things like that. Front desk personnel could also do a better job. They're not rude or anything but they lack of service skills.

Location is great, you have everything you need at walking distance. Restaurants, night life, Paseo de la Reforma... you can literally walk everywhere in that area and you feel pretty safe.

We rented the Penthouse Suite which was advertised here as having exclusive access to a rooftop area with a Jacuzzi tub. The top floor was open to anyone, so if this is your sole reason to book the Penthouse, go for a regular room. We also had to manually fill the Jacuzzi tub and handle it ourselves. It was more like a bathtub than a traditionally maintained hot tub. The neighborhood and room were very quiet except for Saturday night. Not something the hotel can really help, but there's a rooftop nightclub nearby that blasted music Saturday night until 2am. This was a problem because only the master bedroom has AC, and we needed to crack the windows at night to keep the rest of the suite cool. All other nights were perfectly quiet. The main front desk person for most of our stay did not speak much English so make sure you know some Spanish if you stay here as well.

We rented the Penthouse Suite which was a large comfortable suite. The location was rather walkable in a relatively quiet area, surrounded by great food. The staff were nice, respectful, and helpful.

The Internet is a bit slow, so I wasn’t able to work from the apartment and I needed to go to the coworking space nearby.

The property was clean and quite, pretty spacious. the bed was comfortable. There’s a fridge and kitchen stuff in the property. There’s a restaurant downstairs with a wide range of breakfast.
