The rooms were all surrounding the pool, which could be a little noisy at night if there were groups using it.

Great location, close to the centre of town, and right on the Malecon. The hotel was pretty quiet, and the pool was good. The room was small but perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful, and friendly.

Excellent house keeping in our room, cleanliness was key! The food was scrumptious, I like the variety to choose from, and most of all waiters and staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will certainly go back there!

Rooms are a little basic for a Wyndham but it's a nice hotel. We were upgraded. The room was very clean, spacious. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, buns, chilaquiles (nachos) beans, and fruit. The coffee is very weak. The pool looks nice but we didn't use. Location is good near the marina.

Great for family with a dog. You need dog poo bags and a garbage can in and near the grass area. We picked it up but had no place to throw it away.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet so we had a restful sleep. Breakfast was great! Enjoyable time spent in Chetumal.

Would have been nice to have an elevator but ok. I wished the breakfast was varied after a couple of days. Really missing was a minibar or fridge and coffee maker in the room. Overall was great. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the room was great as well as the physical location of the property. The staff was awesome. Thanks to Leilani for easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great but the very same thing everyday. Not great for someone staying more than 3 days. We were not able to get in the pool so won't comment.

Central location to the ferry terminal, 100 pesos in a taxi from the ADO bus terminal. Great night market for food around the corner at the sea front. Good buffet breakfast

Pool was very cold, room was clean but some spots were not very clean(e.x. mirror and a stain on a sheet). Big window to the corridor and the lighr was always on and the blind did not fully block it out, which meant we always had some light coming in during the night.

The staff were super friendly and also very helpfull with arranging taxis and tours. Rooms were standard and good. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

There was an odder inside my room when I first came in. The shower does not have hot water. The bed sheet is a very thin one. The room is actually to small. I have payed similar and even slightly cheaper hotel rooms that are better.

The location is great and that is the only reason I would stay once more. The staff is also great, very helpful, have excellent PR and are very attentive. Since I went to "El Grito" the parking was not an issue since the hotel has a very convenient parking lot.

The breakfast is good, ok...room is clean but a bit small, ac is good and tv with cable, and option with smart tv. Its close to the walk from the park and by the sea. It seems like a old hotel that was remodeled. There is still some aspect that look a bit old. A bit of humid smell. But to spend the night is ok and comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay much comfortable. The waiter at the restaurant was considerate, friendly and always making sure that I got attended too. Front desk personnel did an awesome job.I like the food and room service. I liked that the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. My daughter was very sick and everyone made it so easier for us by assisting with taxi to go to doctor. Preparations of soup meals for her . Playing with her so she can get distracted. Overall I would like to thank everyone for the support and hospitality.
