To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is superb, conveniently located at walking distance to both KLCC and Pavilion. The apartment is very well equipped with a full set of kitchenware. The living room and toilets were very comfortable.

IrelandThe breakfast was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food was poor and not a lot of variety. I am a vegetarian and there was ham on my overcooked eggs so I couldn't eat it. The breakfast didn't match the quality of the room and other facilities.
Really loved the room it was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, the views were really amazing.

Singapore1) need to pay $RM10 for the parking. Previously stayed here and parking was complimentary for hotel guests. 2) Room 704 is dusty and my children have dust allergy. Balcony door is locked - previously I stayed this hotel door not locked. Would be good to let in fresh air circulation 3) shower water pressure is not stable at times, not enjoying my shower 4) breakfast is not satisfactory - I have stayed at the neighbouring hotels and their breakfast dishes are many to choose from.
Location is convenient near to shopping malls. Car parking lot is abundance.
