The receptionist working at the counter was kind and they provided free tickets to the Water Park next door, which we unfortunately was unable to go due to time constraints. The room was clean and in good condition, the pool was also well maintained.

Breakfast was not worth it but the view was great. The hotel is very very old and has nothing to do with the pictures provided in booking.com but if you over look the degraded parts of the building..its ok

There was a mosquito issue in the room, but the y did what they could. The baby cot had bugs.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Got a complimentary visit to the water park. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job.

The rooms were a bit run down with a lot of things really not working , although they were helpful in repairing our air-conditioning at 11pm.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We had a banquent Christmas eve dinner that was exceptional. Basic room a but rundown but restaurant ,pool, bar facilities made up for it.

Bella Suites no connecting rooms. I asked for same level, and if you taking 2 rooms, be prepared to walk one end to the other end of the hotel.

The Bella Suite room was spacious. Interior of the hotel is good but the exterior looks old. Perhaps to invest in changing the doors too. Kind of old. The swimming pool overlooking the beach is a peaceful feeling. Toilet is spacious too for the Bella Suites. From far the resort looks like a castle. Very pretty.

Poor maintenance of the property's common areas. Beach is far away from the property.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. But noted some poor maintenance of the property. Pool was clean and nice. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the city and shopping areas. There is a water park managed by the hotel and we received free entrance tickets though we didn't have time to utilize the same.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Around town area so easy to find chocolates shop and food talks also market. In front of the hotel have one restaurant open at night called UncleJai foods there was delicious. Hotel breakfast is okay. Can be improved on the taste and variety.

The hotel is a little run down. The beds and pillows were not so comfortable.

The location was good. I liked the pool and waterfront bar area. The staff, particularly those at the pool and bar area, were really attentive and welcoming.

The building itself is an old one, it definitely requires fill renovation and painting.

The location is in the middle of kuah, you can take grab and can go almost everywhere. The room is clean, decent with good balcony view. The receptionist was welcoming and was proactive.

Building a bit worn out, but well-maintained. Once, lift at faulty(because of maintenance) but it get restored immediately.

Im travelling with 2 kids. We have stayed for 3 nights. Staff always welcoming and smiling and attentive and ready to help. They are young staff and should be paid handsomely. Breakfast are free for children (my first ever experience). The room spacious and clean. There is luggage room to keep the bag for a few hours after checkout. Pools are amazing. Near beach, can enjoy walk at beach. Excellent view at night. Can see MAHA tower even we dont even go there. Near to Splash out themepart with 2 free entry ticket. Quiet yet safe. The location is perfect, a walk to convenience store, laundry, abundance of eateries. We went for island hopping and our boat can ferry us to the shore. Amazing experience. I would like to come again with family.

We had a constraint dripping sound in a drain in our bathroom. our suite had a musty smell about it. The resort is old and looking very tired and is in Desperate need of a up grade. Breakfast was ok, some dishes weren’t hot when they should have been but there were enough options to choice from.

Our waterfront suite was lovely and large. We were at the Bella vista to celebrate our 31st Anniversary. We were greeted with rose petals in the shape of a heart and towel swans and some chocolates ,which was lovely. The bathroom was large and clean but there was a constant dripping sound in one of the drains. The view from our waterfront suite was lovely. The resort is very tired and needs a upgrade or at least a paint job. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Dee in the pool side bar was not only an exceptional bar tenter, he always had a smile on his face, extremely friendly, spoke good English and was very knowledgeable on Langkawi’s sites & attractions. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our cocktails. We really enjoyed our time at the poolside bar speaking with Dee when he wasn’t busy.
