The room was comfortable for our family. The location is also strategic. We love the ambience at night, walking distance to the resort is the taman pertabalan tanah rata CH, it was like the i-city CH at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The environment is excellent, general area furnishing is great, a bit old but nice. Staff was very friendly and check in quick. Parking is ample in front of the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the bus station/taxi rank. It’s great to base yourself here for visiting different attractions in the highlands. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to book taxis and arrange trips. The breakfast was a huge buffet with lots of different types of food.

If you're bringing someone which required wheelchair please clearly mention in the booking request. Initially they gave us a different tower/room area with no wheelchair accessible.. But in very quick they changed our room and provided extra care for my parent...

Location is perfect. Breakfast was awesome. Room size is magnificent. This is my 3rd time staying at Century Pine Hotel for the last 2 years time of period.

This is the 4th or 5th time we stayed here. We loved the place, its surrounding. The staff are always accommodating. The room is a tad old but all amenities are working fine.

The sambal nasi lemak for breakfast was burnt at the bottom and can taste the burnt smell, yet it was still served, Could have put a different substitute or a note.
Breakfast buffet was nice, variety of dishses, the comfort of the extra large bed was superb, The toilet facilities such as the bath tub and the hot water shower was extremely the best. Very clean and the spa services were good but got to book earlier. Safe and parking facilities are good. The concern to save environment was shown by setting up COWAY water filters at the corridor area of each level and not providing plastic water bottles were awesome. The TV can be connected to internet and provide us more option to watch channels.
