눉1. toilet not cleaned. no hot shower. low air pressure of the shower. 2. location of the apartment. no signboard. hard to find. 3. staff didn't give direction properly to the apartment. 4. no parking space provided by hotel.
눇1. bedrooms (bed, pillow, air cond) overall ok. 2. apartment have large space. suitable for big group of family. 3. tv channel ok. 4. have quite a number restaurants nearby

눉The toilet bowl very very dirty as I have to buy clorox to clean the bowl

눉Failed to meet the committed check-in time. We arrived after a long drive from Selangor, but although it was after the committed check-in time, was told that the apartment was not ready and can only be ready at 4pm, due to the following: 1. previous guests checked out late 2. due to previous day full house, attendants were cleaning the rooms in the hotel first before going over to the service apartment (which is about 3 mins drive from the hotel) - and it was their break time at that time, so we had to wait, 3. after insisting we want at least a room to freshen up, got a small dirty room (which we were told only available). The 10 of us squeezed into I suppose the smallest room available. 4. wanted to freshen up, since it was a dirty checked out room, we asked for 2 towels and 1 set of amenities - the initial answer was - "the full set is available at the service apartment you booked so we don't provide here". Wow.. what an answer.. after insisting that all this request would not be happening if the hotel deliver as per promised time.. the hotel staff went on to say.. "well, this is normal la".. and we were only asking for 2 towels for 10 of us cramped in a small dirty room... after much debating, the towels and 1 bottle of bath gel and 1 bottle of shampoo delivered. Besides, no car park for apartment users. We were not pre-empt, we were circling the area thinking there would be car park.. in the end only have to park by the main road. Staff called early the next morning (like 7 am) to ask me to go over to hotel to make payment before 12 noon. Didn't want to spoil my mood, so just agreed with it. Hotel should look at ways not to inconvenient guests.
눇Staff were polite, but need training on customer service. Service apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
